Hello everyone, I have a really weird problem! I created a page “Cookie policy” in which I inserted an html block with the script released by CookieBot. Well it seems to go well, but when I click on the link to this page, for example in the footer, initially I see only the title. Only by refresh the page the text generated by the script is also displayed! I tried to create the block directly through elementor but the problem still persists. The thing I can not understand is why directly pasting the link in the browser (https://pgmwoodcraft.com/cookie-policy/) everything is displayed correctly without any refresh needed, this problem seems to be there only if I click on a link that refers directly to this page. I have cleaned the cache and tried it from different browsers but the problem is identical on every device and browser. Can anyone please give me any suggestions?

Hello. The reasons could be either incorrectly chosen selectors or not enough CSS rules specificity. Please provide a page URL example where you’re struggling with customization and mention what exactly you’d like to achieve.
Does the cassio child also getting update and bug fixes?
Hello. A child theme in WordPress is just an overriding mechanism. It never needs to be updated since it inherits everything from the parent theme. The parent theme of Cassio continues to get updates and bug fixes whenever required.

No, it’s not possible.

Color themes are set not per page but per Elementor section allowing to mix dark & light sections on a page. Yes, you can make all the sections dark on website pages. But this needs to be done per section since there is no toggle to immediately turn everything to dark or light theme.

Issue with loading of custom JavaScript
when writing custom javascript, i need to reload the page every time to apply custom javascript else it is not applicable. It would be great if assistance is provided to clear this issue.
Theme provides a special field for JavaScript code in Customizer. Please check this article Extending Plugins Compatibility. The could you put in that field will be automatically executed on each page load and after each AJAX transition.
There is also a “developer way” to execute custom code via a JS hook. Please check this example: https://pastebin.com/NCFNCt3h This one might be useful to handle your code from external JS files.

Hello! 3rd-party addons/widgets which are not from Elementor/Elementor Pro or theme may not work properly with AJAX navigation. You could exclude only this page from transitions as written here Excluding Specific Pages
if I exclude the page then it will be loaded but I don’t want to exclude it because I got around 40 pages to be done in same way. any alternative is appreciated
Alternative #1. Resolve any incompatibilities/errors of the widget frontend you’re using on your own. Unfortunately there is “automatic” way to resolve such issues this since every plugin is written differently in terms of JS architecture.
Alternative #2. Use widgets provided by Elementor/Elementor Pro/Cassio theme.

1. Make sure your web-server meets the minimum PHP requirements as mentioned here: Checking Server Configuration. The most frequent reason for failing demo import is too low PHP “max_execution_time” value (make sure it’s set to 300 or higher).
2. If wizard setup still fails, try using One Click Demo as an alternative demo import tool.

Now if I install the theme, again I need to spend another 2 months to customize the same theme. Unfortunately it’s not something easy to disable or customize without redesigning the original opening/closing/submenu animations. If you’d like to avoid chars split there, it probably would be better to use a custom made menu instead (e.g. use Theme Builder provided by Elementor Pro).
Regarding other places in the theme. Hi, Nice theme. Kindly clarify few points before going for it:
1. Is it possible to incorporate the standard footer in the bottom of portfolio pages?
2. Prev/Next in the bottom section is now hidden and reveals only on hover. Can it be made visible through settings?
3. Changing the page theme (dark/light/accent etc..) will be instant with just a click or needs more customization?
4. Is it because of AJAX slight slowness is experienced in loading? Any setting to make it faster loading?

3. Color themes are set per section, not per page. The base color theme for a section this can be adjusted from Elementor panel.
4. I don’t see any issues with it. But you can turn AJAX transitions off from the theme options if you’d like. Theme will act as a regular web-site with page refresh in that case.

You can decrease the font size of “XL Heading” preset from Customizer -> Typography -> XL & XXL Headings -> XL Heading -> Desktop font size to let a counter digits to fit in line.

Theme just displays what you have in media library. It doesn’t control your uploaded images. This plugin Regenerate Thumbnails could help you to fix the issue.
Thanks for the support. You’ve been of great help, however, setting font presets in Elementor to Default did not solve the issue though. Visit the portfolio slider (https://twseg.net/our-portfolio/) and click explore for any of the pages from there and you’ll see what I mean. Any other things I could try?

Thank you. Theme was released prior the introduction of Elementor kit functionality. So actually these fonts (primary/secondary in Customizer) are the ones that are used in the theme demo and take part in typographic AJAX transitions.
Hello, it’s me again, sorry. I had noticed a small bug before I bought the theme, but I thought it might be an internet connection problem. Actually I think it’s a small problem maybe related to some parameters. In the portfolio sliders does not always work the mouse scroll, after the first or second slider the scroll “crashes/freezing” and you are forced to use the arrows on the screen or the keyboard control. I disabled the autoplay by enabling the mousewheel control but the problem persist. Any suggestion? Thank you.

I’ve Windows 10, the problem is on chrome and firefox and yes I have the same problem in the theme demo.

Dear Artem, the problem is solved thank you so much!!! Unfortunately now I have another one! So I have 3 services pages, They are inserted all 3 correctly in the menu but from the menu, clicking on one of they, I obtain a redirect in home page and not to the page of the service! I created this page through the “clone” function of an existing service in the demo, the strange thing is that from the home page the link to the page of this service works but not from the menu!

Hello! When it comes to images and backgrounds theme uses a WordPress set of thumbnails generated per each uploaded image. Often these thumbnails are of slightly worse quality but have optimized file size to reduce the overall site loading time.
You can force theme to use the original images (exactly the ones that you’ve uploaded) using the following filter in your child theme’s functions.php file
add_filter( 'arts/lazy/enable_optimized_sizes', '__return_false' );

Hi! There is a strange behavior occurring on the website and I would like to know what the issue could be.
Our brand identity (logo) is a perfect circle and the primary logo looks great. However, the secondary logo that shows as you scroll down is kind of squished as if something is reducing its width. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
