Thanks! Also, could you please share if different images can be uploaded for mobile and desktop? Eg. Vertical for mobile and horizontal for desktop? Currently we are able to upload only one image. When we change mode and upload another image, it changes in both places (mobile and desktop)

Also, I think there is some issue with the Novaworks Products Element. It has 3 presets.
1) Default – Long Images which enable hover to the 2nd images (All the images showing blurry) 2) Style 2- Long Images w/o Hover (All the images showing blurry) 3) Style 3- Square Images with Blank Hover but Images are crystal clear.
I want to understand how these work. Is there anything on the demo theme which plays this functionality to understand better?

Hi, I’ve been trying to leave a ticket for several days, I’m looking forward to elements, I’ve downloaded your theme from there, and when I use the demo importer, nothing matters!
I don’t know what the policy is, but I literally want to put a ticket in their support system and they won’t let me because I don’t have a purchase code, but elements gives me a license number! please attend to my requirement or I will have to talk to envato and your theme will be OFF that simple! please help me and tell me what I can do to correct it or upload a version that the importer can use! because it doesn’t even work locally.

Hi, I am using your theme and the option to use elementor to edit pages is not working, a pop up comes on to use safe mode. I disabled all plugins, it works fine if I disable the novawork plugin, but then the layout is broken. please assist me. (seems I am not the only one this is happening to, so I hope you will respond)
