This is not a bug, this usually happens when ZipArchive class is not installed in your server. Please contact your hosting provider and check if the class has been installed.
If the ZipArchive class is installed in your server, please open a support ticket at https://support.radiantthemes.com/open.php along with your site URL and access.
Hi, you send us an email sayiing the Ziparchive it has to be installed in our server, and we install thi Zip file in our server from the backoffice wordpress. We didnt upload the file via filezilla, wwe install the theme from the backoffice website. So that answer you have us, is not ok. Why we can’t install the demo import template when we have the themforest template zip in our server. The template install was ok but the import demo dosen’t work thats the thing. Please send us the way to fix this regards
Demo import files needs to be downloaded after registration and that file get transmitted from our server. As the import file is large so we send it using .zip. After transmission, your hosting couldn’t unzip it because of unavailability of the php class. But don’t worry, please open a ticket with your site access and our team will help you. They might be able to help you to get the data imported

Still with the same problems no import demo working at all. Then the support says you have to configurate the php version, we have the latest one on so thats no problem at all. And then we have extended de memroy and upload and all the things the suport ask us to do. And the problem persist. No imp’ort demo working at all. Gave acces to the hosting and backoffice but it seems the suport couldn’t install they oun website template. Please some one who knows to install this premium template ? I purchased this template and I am due to go live with the site in three days. I have found that some of the pages load and are not legible in Firefox and Explorer. I put in a ticket and asked for help. I wait my 24 hours for response as usual and then the response was very short and stated “Sorry, as this section is not exist in our demo, so this is custom coding requirement and doesn’t fall under Theme support.”
How can that be? You design a template that is only fully functional in certain browsers?If support can help I am hoping the designer can assist on making the headers on my pages load correctly. I am on a deadline and to find this out when the site is completed is very upsetting. I paid for the extended support but what is it good for if that is the response I get and I am provided no assistance on something that should work. It is your design and layout. If it only works in some browsers why is that not stated in the description of the template? Please can someone assist me with this issue?

In case of Internet Explorer, we never mentioned that our theme supports Internet Explorer ( please check:- https://nimb.ws/ZHq3UY ), as all updated windows support ‘Edge’ instead of ‘IE’.

hello, the team doctors – find a doctors is only ordered by alphabet, i need them ordered by number or date, how do i get a different order system on the list of doctors. there is no options for ordering at all?

You can change the ordering from template-find-a-doctor.php ( located in the theme folder ). Edit the page using ftp client like Filezilla and go to line number 169. There you will see the following code: ‘orderby’ => ‘title’,
Replace the above code with the following code: ‘orderby’ => ‘date’,

Hi, I have a few pre-sales questions; 1- Are the plugins included with the theme updated versions and is the theme compatible with Wordpress 5.1 ?
2- Does the demo import include every details ? Such as icons and images?

1) All required plugins need to run ApexClinic are included. It’s compatible with WordPress 5.1
2) You’ll get what you see in our demo pages http://themes.radiantthemes.com/apex-clinic/. There are currently 6 demos and all of them are complete demo sites. You’ll get all images, pages, forms and whatever you see there.
3) The theme will get continuous update over time including updated version of all premium plugin, security and bug fixes.

As per new ThemeForest requirements, we have shifted the custom widgets from theme to plugin. So, we’ve created a new updated version of the theme on January 23, 2019. Therefore, you need to update both the theme and ‘RadiantThemes Addons’ plugin to get rid of this error. Please update the theme by following our documentation:- https://themes.radiantthemes.com/apex-clinic/docs/#ThemeUpdate
After updating the theme to the latest version, deactivate and delete the ‘RadiantThemes Addons’ plugin and then reinstall and reactivate it to update the plugin. You can follow our documentation for updating plugin:- https://themes.radiantthemes.com/apex-clinic/docs/#PluginUpdate
After updating both the theme and ‘RadiantThemes Addons’ plugin, error will be fixed.

But, you can try to add sidebar for them by using ‘WPBakery PageBuilder’.

All themes in themeforest same standard license policy follows https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard . You can use one license under one domain. We can’t offer anything separate from Envato’s standard license policy.

What do you mean by “use your demo data to build my own website?”? After you import demo design you can make any change you want. As per Envato’s support policy, site customization is not part of the support.
