This issue comes when user download full package and upload it. Either Download installable theme from themeforest or if you download full package then unzip it using winrar, you have found the theme which you need to upload.

Can’t get assistance. If I log in with the envato account it gives me an error, if I try to create a new account when I have to enter the purchase code it doesn’t recognize it (I purchased the license in October 2024). I wrote a message to the author days ago and have not yet received a response. How can a customer who has purchased one of your themes get assistance with an obvious bug? I’m trying to change, by the configurator, the color of a text in a widget and it doesn’t do it. Can you tell me how I can get assistance? Thank you.

Recently, we add slider in our demo so in our recent update users found this slider.
All other users needs either need to download latest package from themeforest or contact us with our support team they add slider on your demo.
