I Just Googled what is this “Ticksy” so that I can make a ticket. However your system will not allow me to make a ticket. After I just filled the whole thing out. It says there is already an open ticket with my code? Whatever that means.

I just did the automatic verification through themeforest. Please get this sorted out. Its my first time to ever visit your Ticksy and it wont work.
