Hi, please point me to a detailed article on how to enable the mega menu in the Ella Theme. I have tried a number of number of times, but cannot work out how to do this.
Hi Lee, we have a very detailed instruction in Ella theme manual: http://themes.halothemes.com/marketplace/shopify-ella-documentation/Read_me.html#!/install-app. To make the Mega Menu work, please make sure that you have followed the step by step instruction in User guide.
Tip: You need to create multi level categories first, then choose the style for the categories. Ex: http://prntscr.com/1vofcqn, http://prntscr.com/1vofefx
Please note that collection name for layout must be the same as the menu item name.

Ella has “Update Cart” automatically when you increase or decrease the quantity.
Sorry, stupid mistake on my end. The product I was testing with only had 1 stock available and therefore the auto-refresh didn’t trigger.

Hello, I bought this theme, and I used ella demo 14. The mobile sticky bar on the bottom of home page, as well as the mobile sticky add to cart is completely malfunctioning, and I cant find anywhere in the documentation which shows how to configure it whatsoever… its certainly not appearing as the demo sample, and I cant find any directions. I think maybe its broken? a Bug perhaps? Anyone with the same issue? Have anyone found a fix? Perhaps could author help me? Thanks
I Just Googled what is this “Ticksy” so that I can make a ticket. However your system will not allow me to make a ticket. After I just filled the whole thing out. It says there is already an open ticket with my code? Whatever that means.

This is not the theme issue. By default, Shopify only allows you to add maximum 3 levels of menu item. Could you please get more information in this link: https://shopify.dev/themes/navigation-search/navigation and https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/menus-and-links/drop-down-menus

In the shopping cart i click to delete a item. but it doesn’t work = the page must be reloaded to see the change. THIS SHOULD BE REALLY FIXED. this is a ugly bug. if i delete something in my shopping cart it should be deleted immediately or i leave the shop. please fix this bug asap!
