Hello, I installed the latest theme update (v2.7.0 )and a massive problem arose. From that moment on, the menu disappeared, as did the footer and some of the elements are also missing. Can you tell me what needs to be done because the site currently doesn’t look good at all?

As I mentioned before, the problem appeared after the last update. Do I need to renew support to resolve the issue caused by the last theme update? Currently, the problem is that the menu on the home page is constantly collapsed in mobile mode. I have no problem with the other pages, only with the home page. Thanks

I am very interested in purchasing the theme, but I would like to see a functional demo version first. If it is possible? And if not, I would at least ask for screenshots showing how the theme works in practical use on the part of the user – a journalist of a local portal with information for the local community. I am looking for a good reliable user friendly theme. I currently use Newspaper which i am happy with but it is extremely CP heavy on my server. Being told to buy a new host doesn’t sit right with me when i have never had issues with any other theme.
So the question i have for you is, how does your theme compare CP wise and how easy is it to edit/customize?

I created a ticket yesterday but no one replied yet. ticket ID 3627. I need suport for creating custom header. I imported custom header in > Elements Ready > Header Footer > Created header and From Elements ready template i imported a header.
But it is not like the screenshot. It just created columns and image. No menus. So I added ER Navigation and saved. But when I check my home there is only parent menus showing. No submenus as dropdown. How to fix this ?

i think this Theme uses Unyson, i am sure you guys have funtionality issue like when u change diffrent font it get crash? anyone face it how you fix?

Hello, I received a message from wordpress in the mail where there was an error with their plugin binduz-essential.
I could no longer access the wordpress dashboard to edit my website. The support of One.com helped me and it was restored to the previous state. I ask to fix this problem with the plugin otherwise I can’t use their template/theme.

Hello, I bought the theme and installed it today, now I wanted to install Home v3 and I got the following message: IMPORTANT: Installing this demo content will delete the content you currently have on your website. However, we create a backup of your current content in (Tools > Backup). You can restore the backup from there at any time in the future. Now my question, if I do that then apparently all my content will be lost and so apparently all posts and so on is that correct? If that’s the case then I can’t use this theme at all because my posts on my website are important to me and my visitors. How can I use your theme with all the content that is now on my website? I ask for a short-term answer
