Hello
Great theme, but i have a few queries. The headers looks cartoonish, i want to change it from floating confetti to something else more relateable.
Now our current website has this structure domainname.com/penetration-testing and the url i’m seeing for service page is https://themes.envytheme.com/cyarb/service-post/cloud-security/ I do not wish to change my URL, can i use services custom post to create different service pages?

- Yes, you can use service custom post to create different service pages. After demo import, you can edit the service posts and change the post contents as per your requirement.

Hello, my concern is only SEO. I have my domain name as xyz.com/vapt-service-india. I want to continue using xyz.com/vapt-service-india instead of https://themes.envytheme.com/cyarb/service-post/cloud-security/ i.e. /service-post/ is something i do not want. Is this something that is possible is my question.

I bought the Cyrab theme, which is activated. I was able to import the Demo Content. I try to edit the Application Security page in services. I can see changes in the editor, but the post itself still has “dummy content”. I tried to clear the cache, but it had no effect. How to update the service pages

Hi, I purchased the theme last year and you fixed a bug for me in Google Chrome where users weren’t able to scroll back to the top, I’ve just updated to latest version of theme and the bug is back. I can’t submit a ticket as support expired but as this affects everyone it will be worth you applying the fix in next update, see ticket number #9RWY8E8M for where you fixed before – I’ve reverted back to working old version of theme for now. I have downloaded the latest version. Advanced Custom Fields PRO version 6.0.4 installed. The latest Update is 6.1.6. You latest version does not include ACP latest version.

Seems like after the new update (05/01/2023) something goes wrong…my site show up correctly for 2 seconds, then disappear and only the background is displayed, no nav, no images, no text! Could you tell me if it is a bug of the new release? Thanks

Cyarb -> Services module doesn’t show up on a publish webpage but shows up in the Elementor editor. I followed the getting started and installation steps documented. Same issue on the demo content/pages. Is this a bug?

Is there a way to set a default header and footer across all pages? e.g. I’ve chose a dark header (header style 3) and a dark footer (footer style 3) but every time I want to create a new blog post it defaults to header style 1 and footer style 1 messing up the style of the site as it doesn’t match? Secondly, where can I change the breadcrumb/title/banner area at the top of each page? I can’t find this in the theme options or customise sections. The instructions/documentation for the theme is missing a lot of details. Thanks in advance.

When setting up an account (a long time ago) i obviously didn’t see the confirm account email, so now it’s gone,I need it re-sending so i can click on to verify my account, then I can submit a ticket. I cannot resend the email, there is no facility on your website to resend the confirmation email.

Hi first al. Compliments to the theme. I really like it. - How do I change the 404 page in elementor? Because I don’t have a lot of options in theme options. Also, I bought your theme more than a month ago but for some reason I cannot update the Advanced Custom Fields PRO. If I download the “latest” files and I upload them it says that my current files are even newer than what I’m uploading. Please provide automatic update through the WP dashboard or a link to the latest Advanced Custom Fields PRO.
Even in the WP dashboard it doesn’t say that something has been updated.
