Pre-sales question: I’m looking for a coupon theme that allows me to send an email to the customer, following the purchase of the voucher, with a unique code. The customer will then have to go to the store to redeem the voucher. Does your theme include this feature? I have already purchased woocommerce pdf vouchers from WpWeb, do you support it? I also need a sales counter. Does both CoupnXL and CouponXXL support it?

Hello, In the last update the theme has some issues, Users unable to list coupon and deals. Also comma is showing instead of decimal and vice versa. Pebas, I request you to please update the theme and fix them. These issues was not in previous version.

The documentation is included in the zip file you receive after the purchase.
You can login with demo:demo credentials but there is no wp-admin access allowed at the moment.

- Publicly available coupons. (No login required.)
- Members only coupons. (Have to register & login.)

Hello I am interested in purchasing the model, but I wanted some additional information. I see that there are different categories and for each category a trial affiliate with the relative price for that service or product, when I try from your demo the purchase brings me back to login, I tried to register but it informs me that the permissions are missing. Apart from this problem maybe of your DEMO, once logged in where do I land? Am I directed to the affiliate’s site or do I complete the purchase on your demo and then your component divides the percentage between the affiliate and the owner of the CuponXl site?

I complete my question again with a curiosity about your theme: it is possible that all the affiliates that I post on my site (CouponXL) have an agreement with me (site owner) whereby if the final buyer (like Melissa) buys from me I get a commission, the rest of the amount of the service/product is credited to the affiliate.
Clearly Melissa ends the purchase and payment on my website.

Some features are disabled for the demo purposes. You can login with demo:demo credentials.
You land on your my account page from where you can manage your profile, post discounts/coupons, and if you’re buyer then it depends of the kind of discount that you’re looking for as it can have all of those options and more.

Hi, the theme is great, but recently I’ve had issues with it’s not possible to add a Description for a Customer to add a Description to a Coupon or Offer as the text box is not showing, also they cannot add an image in the Description area when logged in. Is this something that is a bug and please (Coupon XL creator) can you help with an update fix or let me know why this is happening, as currently my Customers cannot add a Coupon or Offer and there is no way for them to add a Description. Quite an urgent issue, so your quick response would be much appreciated. Many thanks

It mentions above that I have Purchased your theme, it is a fault in the theme it’s self and I should not have to pay extra support fees for you to correct the fault in your theme. Plus you replied in under 1 minute so it’s obviously an automated reply. I hope you can fix this issue without me having to pay extra fees as I’m only asking for it to work how it should be from when I purchased it and no additional alterations.

I have installed the theme, plugins and content demo in a different hosting with enough RAM, space, etc. and it has the same problem. the visual EDITOR DOES NOT WORK.

I think there is an important problem with your theme

The editor is working perfectly, 100% fine on our installation and on every other user. Not a single user other than you reported any issues with it. A tool being deprecated cannot possibly affect the working of the editor.

Deactivate all third-party plugins that you’re using as it is a conflict with one of them – 100%. We have tested this thoroughly and we cannot replicate the issue and also it wasn’t brought to our attention by any other user at all!

Can’t figure out how to change the currency marker ie: I have it set to dollars but instead of using a decimal . to separate dollars from cents it’s using a comma ,
It’s showing this way on anything with a currency value.

My answer to the currency marker issue I’m having, still has not been resolved. I am using the classic editor and you closed my ticket without it being resolved. There’s nothing to fix, please understand that. You’re asking for a free customization and we’re in no way obliged to do that. You can leave 1-star rating, you can ask for a refund but you cannot promote other items here.
There’s no way you can force us to do free work for you, I am sorry to say that but this is not the option. Maybe if you tried in a nicer way we’d be able to even do a bit of free work but like this is not acceptable to us.
