I love this theme, just wish it was using Elementor..!
I’m tempted and will probably buy as the theme does look great.
Few questions though- If I can’t get everything done using Bold Builder will I be able to request a refund? Are custom fonts supported? I want to upload my own font. Do you have mailchimp integration support?

You can add custom fonts to the theme. Mailchimp integration is not available out of the box, but you can use respective CF7 addon or other third party plugin for that purpose.

Hello, 1. can I include multiple restaurants(like a 100) and then lets customers subscribe to one of the restaurants and chose their meals for a whole mount? 2. can I make each restaurant to modify their settings. For example, restaurant A does not allow customers to leave a comment on the unwanted ingredients. 3. When a customer subscribe to a restaurant can it shows the restaurant selected on a separate page and let subscribers to change and select their meals?

How do I get rid of the sidebar in the product page?a

Please take a look at the Appearance > Customize > Shop. There you will find the Settings Page property. The page referenced in this field is a “template” page for all your single product pages. Please edit this page and remove the Override global setting called Sidebar (at the bottom of the page edit form). It will make the sidebar disappear on all your single product pages.
If you want to remove it on all product archive pages as well, edit your shop page and remove the sidebar Override global setting there.

As far as the issues with the demo content are concerned, it seems that you did not have WooCommerce enabled at the time of the demo import. That is why product related posts were not imported.
It seems that you do not have it enabled now either – otherwise the add_to_cart shortcodes would render normally.
What we can suggest to you is to start from the fresh WordPress instance, activate all the required plugins, including WooCommerce and import the demo again – http://documentation.bold-themes.com/eatsy/getting-started/

I do have WooCommerce enabled now. I realised this was the issue after reading your documentation. Would I still have to wipe Wordpress and reinstall the demo still?

WooCommerce demo products most likely were not imported since the WooCommerce was not enabled at the time, so you will not see demo products on your pages.
On the other hand, unless you insist on seeing the exact same site as our demo, you can continue working on the site freely without reinstalling the Woocommerce (you will replace products with your own anyway).

Thanks for contacting us. Eatsy supports core woocommerce functionality and provides css styles for its core templates. It does not have the required “build-a-box” features since core WooCommerce plugin does not feature it either
For the described functionality, you would not only have to have the subscriptions WooCommerce addon, but also the “build-a-box” related addon of your choice. We do not know of any, but it does not mean that there isn’t one in the market.
Related to the UI, it really depends on the addon you decide to use, but certainly expect some css tweaks to style it in line with the rest of the theme.

Eatsy supports WooCommerce plugin for ecommerce functionality, and none of the features you require are available out of the box in wooCommerce. On the other hand, you can use third party WooCommerce add-ons which enable this such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-checkout-fields-for-woocommerce/ for adding the option to choose the store on checkout.

Before I buy this theme, I would like to know if I can sell PDF product with this theme. It would be also nice to be able to give access to tutorials for clients.
Is it something possible in the purchase process? Once the client buys something he could get to his personal account and download/consult pdf or video?

I had a couple of questions before I buy.
1. I want to allow my customers to choose a time to deliver/pickup their food order before they finish checkout. Is this possible in your theme? If not, is there a plugin we can use to integrate that will work with your theme?
2. Does your theme allow product customisation by the customer. E.g. if we are selling a burger, the customer can click ‘more options/customise’ and add e.g. tomatoes, pepper to the burger. And different prices can be attached to the add-ons which will affect the total price at the end?

You need to use third party plugins such as https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-food-restaurant-menu-food-ordering/, https://wordpress.org/plugins/food-store/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/food-online-for-woocommerce/ for that purpose (or any other of your choice).
