Hi, the footer blocks section doesn’t have the bakery builder on it. How can I get this fixed?
Hi as we already said in the document: http://document.milotheme.com/document-eco/ (Theme Options -> Footer). You need go to WP Bakery -> Role Manager to allow WPBakery edit Footer: https://prnt.sc/7E-OshhgypIc . Hope this helps! Regards!

I believe the cause is an incorrect class name on line #94 in milo-eco/framework/milo-framework.php
The check for the core plugin class is failing.
I have updated the theme to the latest version, deactivated and removed all plugins, and then reinstalled using Appearance > Install Plugins. The issue still remains.

Hi, we have duplicated our site on another domain. We already use the Milo-Eco theme. For the new domain we would like to buy a new license with updates. If we reinstall the new theme will the changes on the graphics be maintained? Thanks in advanced

Hi team! Purchased the latest version of Eco Theme this morning (to upgrade from our old 1.0 version) & all seems to be ok so far but I am unable to save changes under Theme Options. I am presented with the “403 Forbidden Error” when I try to. I have checked all the file & folder permissions are as they should be & have sent an eTicket to my hosts. Just wondering if you have any pointers? Thank you!

Then if you want to hide cause donation at frontend you can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and add this code: .single-wrapper article.milo_cause .post-wrapper .post-thumbnail-wrapper .cause-meta-wrapper, .cause-statistic, .donate-button { display: none }. Hi, We have just created new version to resolve the issue. After update theme to the latest version you need go to Plugins -> Installed plugins then delete Milo Eco Core plugin. After delete you will get notice to instal it again. (If not you can go to Appearance -> Install Plugins to install it). Hope this helps! Regards!

I’ve inherited a website using your theme but it’s version 1.0 & coming up with a few glitches as you could imagine. Unfortunately, we do not have license rego details of the original purchase etc. but we’d be happy to purchase again to get the latest version, support &, hopefully, fewer glitches.
Just checking, is there anything we need to know before we do that? Is the existing content likely to come over into the latest version of the theme & WP Bakery builder without too many issues?

Hi, on my clients site their version of this theme is 1.3.3, when i download the latest version from theme forest and add to the codebase it seems the theme options are resetting. Is there a way to update to avoid this?

Hi, Sorry for late reply but after update theme you need update plugins too by go to: Plugins -> Installed Plugin. Find and delete Milo Eco Core, WPBakery and Revolution Slider plugin and go to Appearance -> Install Plugins to reinstall them. Hope this helps! Regards!
I’m having a conflict between this theme’s Milo Eco Core plugin, WP Bakery Page Builder, and the Events Calendar plugin. When both WP Baker and Milo Eco Core are activated, the individual event won’t show up, instead showing the calendar. If either the Milo Eco Core plugin or WP Bakery plugin is disabled, things work as expected.
