Geo location will search your listings only. You can set in nearby section of theme settings radius for 50m. It will show around 50m radius listings. listing types->listing->nearby.

Having followed the development of this theme since its launch, I finally took the plunge and purchased it. Really looking forward to using for our project.
I have to say, this is one of the best thought out directory themes I have seen so far – very impressive!
There are few things we would like to know…
1. Photos: need to restrict the amount that businesses can upload to around 12, and also limit the size of photos uploaded to around 2mb
2. Check in / out times are text strings but that will lead to many mistakes! Better if we could show a list of 24 hours for each so it ensure the data entry here is always formatted correctly e.g. Check in 14.00, Check out 10:30
3. Love the street view embed! Presumably we will not be charged by Google for adding embeds to our website?
Note: many of our hosts (businesses) will not know how to find the embed code! So I assume we can add this manually as admin for them, i.e. they don’t see this field in the listing edit screen, only admin will see it?
4. Listing titles: in our experience running an accommodation directory, hosts notoriously make mistakes in their titles and also often poorly formatted, e.g. ending with too exclamation marks !!!!! – it makes the quality of our site look really poor.
So what we did was disallow the listing title to be edited by the hosts and instead we would manually enter it making sure it is formatted correctly.
Is it possible to hide the title field in the editing panel and only allow editing of it by logged in Admins?
5. Like Airbnb and Vrbo, we want to show a quick overview of the bedrooms, i.e. what type of beds are in the room, how many beds, how many the room sleeps, if it has ensuite bathroom or shared etc, where it is located in the house, i.e. first floor, second floor etc.
I can’t see how we can achieve this, so presumably this is something we would need to consider as a custom development feature?

Love the theme! Have you considered building a Wordpress Dashboard where admin can approve listings, approve reviews, approve comments, see payout requests, basica analytics such as amount of times all listings has been viewed and how many listings there are etc? Just a one page where admin can see all updates and actions needed

The admin can see all listings in admin website dashboard. When you go to dashboard from frontend of website. You can see the profile icon near “host your place” ,when you click on it then you can see the option in the dashboard. In business dashboard you can see all features: approve listings, approve reviews, approve comments, see payout requests, basic analytics such as amount of times all listings etc

Can there be an option so users can subscribe to a vendors place/item I want to create a service provider directory whereby users can subscribe to that service provider on a monthly / weekly basis?

You can create the subscription plans for monthly / weekly basis, But in this owner is a supper admin. The user can be vender and add his listings. The customers can purchase the listings through super admin only, the payments can be paid to the super admin only. After the admin can pay to vendors. Vendors can add there listings. User can not directly contact to vendors.

We are wondering if there are options to make bookings via the calendar for the next 2 years, currently bookings are only available for 12 months from now but we have customers wanting to book for 2023/24 is this possible as cant see any options to extend calendar currently and its on a live site

Hi there. On the single listing page. Please update the current modal headings from H4 to H2. This is for best SEO practice. All pages should have only one H1 and at least one H2. So listing title will be H1 and all other headings must be H2.
