With the regular license, in how many subdomains can I use the theme? (with the same main domain)
also, does it has do be Wordpress multisite?

As a regular license user, you can activate the license on one site for once. You can’t use the license in the main domain and subdomain/multisite at the same time.
If you need to move the site, you have to deactivate from the existing domain, after that, you can reactivate the new domain. You can explore more from this link https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard?license=regular.

Hello, is an update of the theme planned?
I am experiencing problems with the latest versions of Element and Elementor Pro and with the latest WP updates.
The last update is as of 2022.
If no new theme updates are planned I will be forced to change it and buy a new theme
