Guys what is going on? i decided to re download the theme this morning and the spotlight block is still showing something different and no matter what homepage i add to the Json file it always give me the default homepage and not the actual homepage i import.

I was trying to see what the new features were in the changelog, but it’s only listed as “new features” with no indication of what they are. Hello, definitely your theme looks fantastic. There is only one thing which block me to buy. All best layout header have logo on the left side. About month ago I asked about feature to possibility change position logo and search field (logo in center, search on the left), you answered “Not yet ready, theme offers many header styles but you will use them with their default design and this will be updated soon in new version” – so my question is: is it something new in today new version? did you implement possibility to change position logo/search field? Thank you in advanced for answer.

The spotlight block is missing from the theme, when you click on it a different section appears. How do i get that section back?

Hi guys the theme look amazing, i know you guys put in a lot of work and did amazing. however i can not view the theme on desktop, i try multiple computer and browser and it is not working. i clear cookies on my computer and yet same problem. it is fine on mobile but not computer

Hello! I submitted a ticket several days ago but you never responded. I know my support has expired, but I actually have a very easy question for you. I want to translate my page to ENGLISH (it’s in Slovene now) and I have locale files for Slovenian translations. When I go under settings and I click “edit code” “locales”, en.defauls.json is in Slovene, because I translated the store manually. I think I should set the store back to “default”, have the store in English and then add locale file in Slovene. Am I thinking in the right direction? Thanks!

If your store is using Ella 5.1 or less and want to use Ella 6.0 or higher, you need to build your website again as using a new theme. We spent 1 year to build Ella 6.0, everything is built from scratch so hope you can understand for our difficulty and set up Ella 6.0 for your store.
1/ Download Ella 6.0 and upload into your store.
2/ Follow our instructions in this documentation to set up theme again
3/ Re-install apps if you need
4/ Re-do custom works if there are any old custom works you want to replicate on Ella 6.0

I’m using Google Ads, but these days I’m finding a lot of wrong prices for my products in Google Ads GMC )
By checking, we found that it was the theme that would first display the price of the first variant when loading the product page, and then it would take 1-3 seconds before loading the price of the variant, causing Google to crawl the wrong price (Google crawled the price of the first variant that was displayed first), hence the large number of errors in my Google Ads campaign.
I would like you to assist me with this issue, in a nutshell: Correct situation: when I open my variant link, the product page will not show the price of the first variant first time, but directly the price of the variant link I opened.

Multiple languages function is a built-in function of Shopify platform: https://apps.shopify.com/content-translation. We recommend you to use this free app: Translation Lab, because it was tested and fully compatible with Ella
- Multiple Currencies: Ella supports Shopify multiple currencies as well as theme built-in currency features. 2/ For the second request:

Omnisend app is from a third party. If the app provider said that this is our theme issue. Could you please:
1/ Submit a ticket here: https://halosoft.ticksy.com and choose the category to be matched with the theme you are using.
2/ Forward or take a screenshot of the App’s reply for our reference? Or ask them to provide their instruction for us to fix the issue at least. We are unfamiliar with the app’s code. Only the App provider can understand their product better than anyone. So we need their helps.

To show Mega Menu for Header 10, please make sure that you follow the step by step instruction from our User guide:
- Step 1: Create drop-down level menu first.
- Step 2: At Navigation you need to check on “Display Mega Menu?”
Then show as Mega Menu at Mega Menu Style 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and choose the Style which is suitable for your option in Settings.
- Step 3: Please input the same name of collection on menu into Editor to show mega menu. Ex: http://prntscr.com/1vofefx
