The sliding promo box doesn’t apply to mobiles as mobile users hate overlapping elements appearing out of no where as they scroll down. It’s really bad UX and google penalises for this type of thing.

The theme passes core web vitals with flying colours, what sites are you testing that don’t pass? For example:

As you can see, that demo site gets 95/100 for mobile and passes every single metric. And it gets 99/100 for desktop.

It’s a demo site, which means it gets a lot of spam slow traffic (bots), etc. That’s not what you should be looking at, it’s the actual scores and fail/pass that matters. And as you can see, it has 95/100 and 99/100 scores and passes with flying colors.

Hey, I don’t understand what you’re saying with the literally vs. figuratively. I’m asking can I use Undo for store and Playzeen for blog. You answered “yes,” yet disclaim one cannot have “headers/footers/everything to be exactly like that demo.” What does this mean? What specifically will be like the demo when combined?

Are you saying everything BUT the headers/footers can be combined in a single theme? e.g. Undo’s CSS and layouts for store, combined with Playzeen’s CSS and template for blog pages, and a single header/footer? Because it is simiply not true that “you can’t do [2 headers/footers/everything] on the same site,” one would simply apply conditional PHP to use distinct elements for different pages (even CSS allows for this).

But I just want to know how your theme handles combining the demoes, e.g. what exactly prevails when demos are combined

What I mean is that you can only run one set of theme option combinations/settings on a site at a time. If you set your site’s fonts to be X, then that will be used throughout the site. The demos have different settings, such as fonts/headers/footers/spacing/colors/etc, so you can mix and match the parts you like from different demos to create your own. You can’t have the exact Undo demo running on your homepage, but your posts then look exactly like PlayZeen. If you like Playzeen’s header, you can then use that and keep the rest of Undo for example.

Zeen is a genuine premium theme that offers a huge amount of premium value already. If anything, the current price is already extremely cheap for what you get. This is why Zeen is almost never on sale.

However, unfortunately Envato don’t provide a way for customers to find out when a theme is on sale, so there’s no way to know unless you check it every now and then.

There is an option in the theme options > Mobile devices to set certain featured images to be 100% on mobile. That’s the only thing the theme can do for this.

If you’re using Gutenberg editor, there are free blocks to do this. I believe WordPress core is bringing an official block soon too.
