Hi, my site was working fine and suddenly the Wolf WPBakery Page Builder Extension stopped working. I get this message after putting my license: “Something went wrong. It way be due to a temporary Envato API outage. Please try again in a few minutes.”. I’ve already tried several times during the day. I updated the theme, wp bakery and the extension version just in case and the same issues is still happening.

Great theme, many possibilities for customization and easy to use. But since the updates (Wordpress 5.9, WP Bakery 6.8, Superflick 1.7.5​) we have a bug in our Row settings / Style / Background Image + color : we can not rearrange images order by drag and drop anymore. We hope for a quick update to correct that !

Unfortunately, I need to request a refund for this theme and go with another. The support is very minimal and sporadic. I have attached images to support the glitches and there has been no response in days. I asked early on was this theme still being supported. I provided the login details as requested under the guise of support going in to identify why post come up as a black screen. How to access and edit certain areas. I would not recommend this theme. It is very attractive but it does not operate as advertised. Many glitches. and obviously the owners have moved on. Purchased nearly 20 days ago and still can’t launch the site.

hello, I just installed the superflick and wp is saying it is not compatible with my version of php. What is the version this theme is compatible with? my php version on my host is 7.3.11 . thank you

I purchased this them for the opening page on the demo with the movie popcorn and tickets. Cant find that page anywhere though it is the home page in the demo. Please advise. Also the slider import is empty. Repeatedly says no plugins are there. Is this page active. Comments a pretty aged and I’m hoping this theme has not been phased out.Advance thanks

Hello, on each page that contains a menu, when I scroll up I see a portion of a background image from a demo (the photo inside a movie theater). How do I remove this background demo image? I’ve deleted the image from the gallery but it still shows up. Thanks.

Demo files slider fail to import. I can not manually import the rev slider zip file Wordpress returns this error: slider_export.txt does not exist!

What is the workaround? Please let me know.

For a few days, we are experiencing problems loading our website on iPhone devices, using Safari or Chrome. Display slow but ok on other mobile devices.

The page loads, then re-loads and finally crashes with the message “a recurring error happened on https://operandimgmt..." on Safari and “Unable to open this page” with Chrome.

Works fine on Mac and PC.

Unable to reproduce the error using the simulator web tools.

We are using latest Superflick 1.6.6 on wordpress 5.7, WP bakery 6.4.1 and WP bakery PB extension 3.6. We updated the template on March 19, seems to be related to the new bug on iPhone.

I’m having some trouble with the counters on mobile/smaller screens though. I am using the counter within an animated panel with inner rows. The counter doesn’t move unless I scroll down and back up again (essentially reload the page). I’ve raised this issue in the support forums, but after about a week of back and forth, the problem is still not solved. Wonder if there’s a quick fix for this bug? Thanks!

I purchased SUPERFLICK. Unfortunatly this theme got huge issues with parallax effects on mobile including iPadPros due to a too low breakingpoint for deactivating that effect on mobiles. Meanwhile I figured out that this theme uses jarallax as the parallax “engine”. This theme uses still version 1.10.6 – the latest version is 1.12.5 and works perfectly on all of my mobile devices on the example pages from the developer. I don’t know how to update the theme to the latest version 1.12.5 by myself to fix these problems. So could I ask you kindly to do so ? This would be such an improve for all of your customers.
