I have a pre-sale question please. I require shops to be able to create a directory and list items for sale in their directory which users can then purchase. I wasn’t able to demo this feature in any of your samples sites, can you please tell me if this is possible and is it possible to see it in action ?

ListingPro is a Directory solution and not an e-commerce solution.
You cannot sell physical or digital products out-of-the-box, but you as an ADMIN can use any WordPress e-commerce extension that supports shortcodes and manually insert shortcodes on any page, individual listings (description box) or use widgets to show in the sidebar.
Listing owners can only showcase their products or services with the Menu management system. They can link it to an external page where they can sell the items but the transactions between the end users (visitor) and the business listing owner will not take place on the website.

The YellowPro is not working – I can’t install it despite I have my theme activated. The error message displayed was “Look’s like your license is not activated!”.

Hi. I have a question regarding a licence purchase key. My customer have purchased your theme and I am developing a staging website now on my server and will upload it later to his server. Will I be able to use the purchase key on a staging site, so I could use the theme properly now and transfer it to my client’s server later? Or how does it work with your theme? Thanks in advance.

Yes, just ask for the license key from the client. If you need to access the support you’ll have to ask them to open a ticket from the account they purchased the theme.

Hello. Is it possible to sort the listing by distance ? There is a feature called nearby but thats Ajas based. What I need is when a user goes to listing of a particular location or features it should automatically sort the listing by nearby ones first. Is there a URL parameter for this sorting of listings?
There are two features. Near me and Nearby in theme. Nearby will use as Widget and will display listings on the listing detail page which are in the selected range of Nearby in theme options. While Nearme is a filter which will work on search result page and will filter the results according to the set range for nearme in theme options There is no static URL to get Nearby or Nearme listings

1. Is it possible for a review to be responded to / replied to by the business? 2. Is it possible to show customer adverts in selected categories only? 1. Yes the business owner can reply to the reviews.
2. Yes we have an option of hiding competitors if you want that if the restaurant category listing is open and ads should be from other categories then you may enable this option from the plan, and if you want to show the ads with the same category listing then keep it disable.
3. Yes you can enable the multi-location feature from theme options- listings – listing submit and edit.
4. Yes all WordPress versions are compatible.
5. Yes, you can flag it and the admin will take action based on the proof.
6. You as an admin can either choose for them to degrade to the free plan or hide the listing at all. Based on your preferences.

No, you cannot change the order. You have to select a plan and then fill the fields after it you have to pay.

Nice theme. Please before I purchase, I have some questions.
1. Does the theme have room functionality whereby rooms can be booked within a hotel listing (just like in booking.com)?
2. For vendors subscription to different plans, do I have to pay for woocommerce (I will be using flutterwave payment gateway) in order to use woocommerce recurring/subscription based payments for vendors. Is there any other plugin that can offer it freely?

2. We have built our own checkout process for Paid Listings and Ads. WooCommerce is not required. Hence we do not support WooCommerce officially. To understand more about our mission and goal on why we haven’t included WooCommerce as default, you can check the following article. If you really need to integrate with WooCommerce you can request a free quote for custom integration here.

Good Morning. I would like to know when the next update will be? The theme is good, but it has bugs that haven’t been resolved for a while…like the translation that doesn’t work properly and the opening hours of the items. I’ve read several times your tutorials but the bugs continue. And worse, we have no support. Only if you pay, which I think is absurd for developer bugs. They always reply to me with the same copy and paste message.
Another thing, the Yellow Pro plugin whenever I click to activate it doesn’t work. Appointments and Listingpro Lead Form addons do not install either. This has been happening for a while!
