This response is a little annoying a must admit.
You could have just said I must look under the layouts tab…. instead of expecting to to buy support again.
This isnt really a problem where ” Support” is needed you could just have inform me… I think this is like the 2nd time I have experienced this with Xtemos… the Theme is brilliant tho.
We provide support via our forum. And if your support is expired you need to extend it first to get help from our team. It is a part of Envato rules and we have to follow them. Thank you for understanding.

Maybe you installed the Elementor plugin already. Try to uninstall it and then install the WPBakery page builder via Appearance -> Install plugins.

weird tested on my laptop and desktopp firefox chrome and edge maybe cache syncs cause on the laptop it worked then i donno after a while it stopped
so the menu’s work on your end? (desktop)
Tested on wifes laptop doesnt sync with mine on edge and looks fine at first then brows a bit and stops working

okay so far tested and seems webtoffee’s GDPR cookie plug in on any version is causing this tested on 2.1.0 / 2.1.1 and 2.1.2
it seems to conflict with the theme but i see settings in RED on woodmart so i deactivated the plug in and enabled the settings on woodmarts theme seems to fix the issue
testing other plug ins if i dont post again it was just that plug in

Google ads also causing it but their ver 2.0.3 so rolling back to 2.0.2 works perfectly fine

This plugin generates JS errors and break the functionality of other scripts on this page. You need to ask plugin’s developers for help on this problem. Otherwise it will not be compatible with WoodMart.

funny enough after deleting gdpr…...the crons runs ultimatly faster i mean i had to manually run a cron for google takes 5 mins now by the time i hit status the jobs done… so im just not going to install that plug in again

hi, I have latest WP and Woodmart. I want 250 products shown on one shoppage, without “infinite scrolling, load more, page in url”. My shop page will not show more than 25 products on one page ! Even when I correctly change this amount under woodmart > amount of products per page. I have disabled other pugins and the issue persists. Sometimes it works, and then it just resets to 25 per page… Very frustrating.

Hi, I love the features of your theme and I’d like to ask if I can resolve this need with your theme. I need a Woocommerce Website with articles that have multiple colors and I’d like to filter these colors. So, it’s not as usal a red, green or blue product with 3 color butttons. It’s 1 product that has 3 or more colors, like red, green and blue, all togehter. In the shop overview page I’d like to show those 3 or more filter options/buttons. And when I click on ‘red’ it shows me the product that has red as part of the product with multiple colors: red, green and blue. It’s a bit different than a simple one color = one product. If I have to use tags they should be colored like the color filter.

I love your theme so much, its just awesome.
I have one quick question, I just imported your corporate dummy content, it looks amazing.
I just wondered how I can get the banner to display on the mobile the same as it do in your dummy content.
I have not touched or amended anything at all, but you will see for the mobile screenshots below, your demo display different for the header to how my imported demo is showing.

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

You can disable this option for particular pages using our Theme Settings Presets https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/ It is not possible to exclude particular images at the moment.

after refreshing and delete 5 times the cache it works. On your system too? =)
Maybe the checkout is loaded with AJAX. In this case, it is not possible to disable Lazy loading for the particular AJAX request, unfortunately.
