Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.

I love this theme. But your demo site is kind of not working. When adding a product on my mobile phone the screen goes blank and even adding a product on my desktop does not really (!) add it to the cart. It is still empty. I guess this is not happening, when actually installing the theme but still… it kind of puts me off. Can you tell me why is that happening?

The sticky menu doesn’t work , I have the “Sticky Header” option enabled but when scroll down the menu it disappears.
Also, the HTML Block menu categories for the dropdown don’t work.

My support for this theme has ran out but a customer has pointed out an issue which is also on all of the demo websites so I think it’s theme specific.
When creating a wishlist of items more than 14 it creates another page in the wishlist. if you remove an item from the wishlist and then go to the next page, it creates an error such as this https://woodmart.xtemos.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?demo=bikes&action=woodmart_remove_from_wishlist&product_id=997&key=fed42ab85e&product-page=2
If you add more than 14 items to a wishlist on the demo website, remove one and go to the next page you will see the error. If removing an item from the wishlist, you have to refresh the page for pages to work again.
Amazing theme by the way, overall experience has been fantastic.

You can fix it by applying patch # `396784`. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it doesn’t work for you.

Simply add a couple of products to compare and then go to https://woodmart.xtemos.com/megamarket/compare/, you don’t get any products displaying just the empty screen with “Compare list is empty.”

is there a detailed demo for the new “Megamarket” design that actually shows all the blocks, elements etc. like for other designs?
I assume that all the usual blocks, elements etc. that are included in other designs are available within the “Megamarket” design, too?
Sadly, the demo under https://woodmart.xtemos.com/megamarket/ is quite “thin” in comparison to other demos.
That’s disappointing, since I need to be able to give detailed instructions to my developers AND discuss certain styles with my clients.

What? I’m talking about the “Shop”, “Pages”, “Elements” section (top menu) that are in all your demos and show all the blocks/elements in detail (for the respective demo design), but not in the new “Megamarket” demo.
Yes, that is correct. Megamarket is a separate demo with its own menu that is different from our other elements. If you want to recreate the menu from our main demo you can use our templates library https://gyazo.com/07a712890a6dae2e3ad94ef99150b690

Sure, they are just example pages so you can configure your shop pages in the same way on the Megamarket design.

Why don’t you showcase all the elements and blocks like you do for all the other designs???
Megamarket is quite different from the other designs, so it would be very useful to show my developers and clients all the options BEFORE setting up a site.
I’m seriously thinking about not using your theme anymore (and for my considerable number of new clients), because the new demo is the only one that’s really “up to date” IMO, but you don’t even put in the work to show us everything like you used to do before.
Because our megamarket is a separate demo with a different menu and page structure. There is no place where we can add all these menu items from our main demo.
I’m using theme for digital downloads but after purchase it is showing order as processing not completed. What should I do?

3D images not working stays at 0%
Also my header doesnt stay sticky tested different browseres and machines got it to work by turning lazy load on but after not working on another machine used LS Cache to clear caching and then stopped owrking agian.
Any fix for this my test site shows fine so unsure what the cause may be ive tested plugins i use on the main site and test site …seems test site cant repeat the error
