I would like to use some content from the Ivery Demo, i read i can do this with Ivery Demo Content Plugin, but i couldn’t find the plugin and nothing more in guide. How can i do this? Thank you so much, Wyde!!
The “Ivery Demo Content” plugin is included in the main package zip file. There are 2 options to download an item from the Downloads tab on ThemeForest, you have to select “All files & documentation”.
After you extract that zip file, you will find the file “ivery-demo-content.zip” in the folder “Demo Content”, you can find more on Package Content in our documentation: https://wydethemes.com/ivery/documentation/#package-content

However, there are a lot of changes in the new version as we’re making it meet the new requirements of Envato Market and make it compatible with the new version of WordPress and all bundled plugins. That’s why it took longer than usual.
Hello! First of all I wanted to thank you for this template. I really love it! I like it so much that I bought 2 for myself and 1 for a client. However I have a problem that I don’t really know how to solve, I hope you can help me. The window overlay, that appears when you open a portfolio image by clicking on it, is offset from the center of the screen (half comes out of the screen at the bottom). How can I fix it? However, if you’d like to update them right now. Here are the instructions:
1. Delete the Wyde Core plugin from your Plugins screen in your WordPress admin area. You can do this with other bundled plugins (Ivery Shortcodes, WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution) if you’d like.
2. After you delete them, you will see a notification message with the link to install them at the top of your WordPress admin page. If the notification message was dismissed, you can visit Appearance > Install Plugins to see the bundled plugins list. Click the Install link to install those plugins in the list. This will automatically install the new update for those plugins. You don’t need to download the whole zip file from ThemeForest and install all of them manually.
Ok so I uploaded the new version of the theme and it broke my site. My WPBakery page builder content doesn’t display at all.
How do I update the theme without completely breaking my site?

I tried uploading a child theme. When I did that, WPBakery did not display any of my content. I can’t figure it out. Please help.

Hello, I have been using this theme since 2019 and it’s great. But now I can’t update to WP 6.01 because the Wyde Core plugin is causing my site to crash. How can I update my WP and also use the Wyde Core plugin as I need this to make my site work properly? There seems to be a problem between Wyde Core and WPBakery as well. And I need WPBakery as that is how I’ve built all my pages. How do I get all the plugins to play nice. Thanks, Christina
This theme and the Wyde Core plugin are compatible with WordPress 6.0. Our demo sites are also running on the latest update of WordPress and everything is working fine.

Hello, today I updated both the theme and Wordpress but the gallery in my homepage is no longer displayed in full width, the settings are the same as before so I don’t understand what happened. Unfortunately I realized that there is another problem: if I click on a portfolio item to open it, the “404 page not found” error appears. My portfolio items are the same as before the update… Please can you help me?

Regarding the “404 page not found” error, it’s actually is a WordPress permalink cache issue. You will need to visit the permalink settings screen under Settings -> Permalinks in your WordPress admin area and click “Save Changes” button so WordPress will refresh the permalink caches then this issue will be fixed.

We just released a hotfix for the Masonry issue. You can fix it right now by following the steps below:
1. Deactivate and delete the Ivery Shortcodes plugin from your Plugins screen.
2. After you delete it, you will find the notification message at the top of your WordPress admin. Click on “Begin installing plugin” to install the new version (1.1.6).
3. You can do the same steps to install the new updates for the Wyde Core and other bundled plugins.

Hi, how can i remove the Ivery Logo from the Header? Is it possible only if I change the code (which i can´t)?
You can change the logo in the header menu in Theme Options -> Navigation -> Logo.

- I recommend you to import demo content so your site will look like our demo site then you can easily edit the content using WPBakery Page Builder.
- If you customize the theme using the options provided in the Theme Options panel, you don’t need to install the Ivery Child theme. However, if you’d like to change something that isn’t included in the Theme Options, you may need to edit the template files or make modifications to the theme so you need to install the Child theme. I recommend installing the Ivery Child theme to make sure you will be able to make modifications to the theme in the future.

There is a problem in Ivery Shortcodes plugin. I needed to delete this plugin to have access to my wp-admin again, but now my website is not working properly without this plugin.

There seems to be a bug in WordPress 6.0 as it couldn’t display the “Tags” attribute of the theme. Not only this theme but it also happens on any themes and plugins that are trying to display the theme’s tags.
Thank you for reporting this issue. We just released a hotfix for this. You will need to upgrade to Ivery Shortcodes version 1.1.5. Here are the instructions:

You can add your custom HTML into the Custom HTML widget or the Text widget.
However, if you would like to add HTML directly in a Text widget, be sure to select the “Text” tab, don’t add HTML in the “Visual” editor.
Also, please ensure that your code is correct. Invalid HTML code can trigger errors.

Hi! Sorry to bother you but the instagram widget has stopped working. I updated the theme to the latest version, I tried to change the Image Size to smaller as you suggested to someone else here in the comments, but it didn’t work, there are no photos and this message appears: “This user account is private or doesn’t have any photos.”. My account is public and active! I don’t know what’s wrong… thank you!

Hi, I hope you can help – my website homepage (which uses demo 2) has stopped loading the main revolution slider on mobile and is not loading the video slider on any surfaces. It stopped working around the time I started moving modules to different spots on the page (in case that’s relevant!).
I have cleared browser and Wordpress cache but this hasn’t helped.

There are the same video slider in two sections on that page. This can cause conflicts between them. Try to remove the video slider at the bottom of the page to see if it works.
If it still doesn’t work, there may be plugin conflicts on your site. You may need to deactivate the plugins one by one to find the problematic plugin.

I have recently experienced two issues while trying to install the plugins (Ivery Shortcodes and WP Bakery Page Builder).When I press install it says that the file already exists , however , I can´t see it in my dashboard, thank you very much!
It sounds like the plugin installation couldn’t be completed so it doesn’t show up in the Plugins list. To re-install it, you may need to manually delete it from your web server first.
Open the File Manager on your web hosting, delete the folder ‘ivery-shortcodes’ and ‘js_composer’ from ‘wp-content/plugins’. Then, go to your WordPress admin you will see a notification message to install those plugins again. Try to install them one by one to see if it works.
