How do you migrate from the 2.3 version with King Composer to the new 2.4 version with elementor? Or are you saying it’s a complete rebuild…?

The theme is dependent on King Composer Plugin which is itself broken from past few months. I would have rate 5 stars but now I think it don’t deserve.
King Composer Plugin shows message on saving anything on any of the page.
“Your content has been saved, but there seems to be an error occurs. Please check all of your code and make sure there are no errors.”
Totally disappointed.
Can you pl. help, or else I lost my money on this theme.

Why are breadcrumbs, not correctly working? This is so basic for any WooCommerce theme… If I go to Product Category Page, it just shows “Home > Category Name” it must be “Home > Shop > Category Name”
Without this, there is no meaning of breadcrumbs. Please help.

Good morning
With each update, changes are lost. Last time you fixed several things for me, but they have been lost again when updating and there is no way to fix it.
Mostly we can’t get the main menu, we want all the links to be clickable, but the main menu items are locked and can’t be clicked on.
Every time you update, do we have to pay you again for support?
This does not happen with other themes that can be updated without problems and without failures.
I hope you can help me to solve it.

Hello, I can’t access the Theme Options. No matter where I click on the left menu Panel (Header settings, Footer settings etc) nothing happens. I know our item support has expired, but I was hoping I could get an answer since this should normally work without extra help. I deactivated all the plugins except Theme Support and the theme options were still not functioning. Please help! Thank you.

We believe that Doxwell included “Theme Support Doxwell” plugin however the updated theme does not included the updated plugin. The outdated plugin might have an error which affected “theme option” on the Wordpress backend.
We also believe that Doxwell uses Jquery Tipsy citing to this code under “option.min.js” which is not working anymore.
