Hello, I am contacting you because I am experiencing a critical issue related to the Ghost Kit Pro plugin, which appears to be causing a fatal (irreversible) error on my website. As soon as the plugin is activated, the site becomes inaccessible and returns a fatal error message. When I deactivate the plugin, the site goes back to working normally.
Since your theme/template relies on Ghost Kit features, this issue is impacting the functionality and layout of the website.
I kindly ask:
What is causing this fatal error with Ghost Kit Pro?
Is there an updated version or patch available to resolve the issue?
How long does it usually take before the website can be fully operational again with the plugin active?
Is there a recommended temporary workaround while waiting for the fix?
This is an urgent matter, as the website is currently unstable and we need to restore full compatibility as soon as possible.

Issue in GhostKit fixed in v3.4.5. Please update the plugin.
This error appears in WordPress 6.9 due to changed behavior of the wp_enqueue_script_module function.
P.S. It appears they also broke our Effects extension. Another patch will be available soon.

Regarding your question: Our theme allows you to change the brand color in Appearance → Customize → General → Colors. However, changing the site background color requires custom styling, which we don’t offer.

Hey, any chance you checked recently if all works fine with recent wordpress & woocommerce? After installation of WooCommerce I received multiple alerts of incompatible template files, there seems to be minor issues like “Search” icon for products on 1 sidebar shop template being misplaced, image not loading (product one) unless you hover over it (seems to be happening in your demo as well), would you mind checking when you get a minute?
Besides that, great template, used your HTML version as well before and it was a breeze, just struggling here a bit.

Your theme is great optimized for mobile phones. I liked the smoothness of the animations and the tabbar menu (like mobile apps), and the use of the Gutenberg editor instead of heavier third-party solutions. I’ve noticed that your recent game themes are better optimized for mobile than Skylyth. Two questions in this regard:
1) Is it possible to change the dark scheme to a light scheme in the Monsterplay theme with a little effort? I plan to use it for non-gaming purposes.
2) Do you plan to continue making general purpose themes with the same level of optimization as Monsterplay?

Unfortunately, the Monsterplay theme is designed without light demos. You can change all dark colors in the provided SCSS and CSS variables, but I think it will require more work than just changing variables.
We are working on the free multipurpose theme, but it is in the early stages for now, and I don’t think it will be released soon.

Nikita, thanks for the detailed reply! There are very few themes with really good optimization and animations on themeforest. I managed to find less than 10 themes well optimized for Gutenberg. Usually themes include only basic support for compatibility.
I think if you release a paid multiporpose theme at your usual price, it will be a success.
It’s cheaper and more profitable to buy a fully completed cool theme than to tweak just a good theme with your own efforts.

I have a few questions. I searched during hours in the theme files avec worpress menues but I can’t find an answer so I contact you.
- I would like to change the color of the hover circle in social icons (see attachment). How can I do that ?
- Also, how can I change the background image of the menu ?
- Can I change the color of the // in the ticker ?
- How can I remove the side menu (offcanvas). In the theme description it says I it is optional but I can’t see any button to remove it.

Hello, sorry but it’s not working. If i choose “Fixed”. The header still hiding when i scroll down. It shows only when i scroll up. I would like to have it fixed. How it works ? Thank you for the support.

This option just changes the menu position. The “Autohide” feature is built-in and there is no option to disable it. You can try to disable it using custom CSS, but we don’t provide it.

I’m sorry i don’t understand what these options change to the header. Can you explain each function : “Sticky”, “Fixed” and “Static” ? In my website, no matter what i have choosen it is still exactly the same. Thank you for the explainations.

A quick explanation:
1. Fixed – the menu will overlap the content and will be visible when scrolling the page 2. Sticky – the menu will be before the content and will be visible when scrolling the page 2. Static – the menu will be before the content and will NOT be visible when you scroll the page. But I see it is not working correctly, it will be fixed in the next theme update.

Alright well i’ll need to see videos working on product pages / in thumbnails or else it’s not really useful to me.
As I told you already, our theme does not have such a feature. If you want to get it, you will need to use a 3rd-party plugin or custom code, which we don’t provide.
Video as a thumbnail in the product pages has been a standard features since like 2002 lol i’m not sure why most wordpress templates don’t include it by default but i cannot buy a theme that i am unsure it will do what i want it to do.
Thus why i asked you to show me that it is actually possible or functional with this theme, if it is as easy as you say it is, then showing me this works properly should not be a problem.
You can go back to your 2002 and write a custom thumbnail video code, what’s the problem? You asked, I answered – in the theme, there is no additional code for this feature, period.
I am writing to you for the third time – NO, there is no this feature. With custom code – YES, it is possible. Will we provide a custom code for you? – NO.
On the demo we showed only features, which have been tested and working properly. In case if something will not work as on the demo, we are responsible for this and should provide code fixes.
If you have a specific plugin, which you want to test with our theme, I will check it and show you how it looks, but it will not mean, we will provide a support for this plugin in case if something will not work properly.
The problem is i’m tired of wordpress themes not providing the bare minimum that should be present and every time i think i’ve found a cool new theme to use for my website(s), basic features are missing lol (i.e video thumbnail)
And then when i ask about it they always say the same thing “you can try 3rd party plugins and see if it work” and it generally never does lol
“I will check it and show you how it looks”
That is what i asked you to do lol i have no idea what would work with your theme, that’s up to you to figure out, feel free to try it out and suggest what works best with your theme.
