My Agency manage lot’s of e-commerce stores. And Cartify looks promising. We have more than 65 websites which we are looking to migrate to new design. We would like to migrate those websites to Cartify. After going through documentation, seems like only WPML is supported for multi-language. Most of our clients demands multi language, and we uses Tranlatepress which is easy to use and better than WPML as WPML requires separate plugins for each translations (ex. woocommerce, strings, pages etc.). Can you please confirm if Cartify supports Tranlatepress, as per my experience most of themes support translatepress plugin but it doesn’t work in Menu (adding country flags and names in menu). Can you please add support of translatepress so we can use it site-wide and in menu too? we are ready to purchase around 60-70 license for each website. Please confirm if you already support them or you can add their support. Waiting for your reply. thanks

As you said, In general, it will work without issues. For menus, you can choose “custom menu” option language switcher block. It will display the menu for of ease.

I have a few issues. I am not able to add some features in the Product Layout builder and some options isn’t working. For example the “Sale” badge, when selecting style Nr. 2 it doesn’t change on the actual product page. Could you help with this? Thanks!

As reported to you by email your theme stop working correctly after the recent woocommerce updates. I payed a third party to look into the website and they reported back indeed your theme is not playing nicely with woocommerce. It needs to be updated. Updates seems to be none going. When are we going to start seeing updates done on this theme?. I have pay you $80 to add the dock to all pages, but dock is not working on my account and cart page. With my other themes the dock works on all pages. Instead of deleting negative reviews, you should focus more on improving and making this theme stable.

We have exchanged more than 60 messages from the day of purchase (i think 2 months), if you feel it’s not supported well, you’re more welcome to get a refund. I read on your main page that SEO and page speed are important to this theme. However, when testing the demo sites, they perform quite poorly.

Hi devs, everytime I try to access demo through mobile phone the browser breaks and I need to close it. Is it working fine? I tried on opera,chrome,brave. Android.

Hum… Any page, this one for example: https://demo.agnidesigns.com/cartify/product/purple-24%e2%80%91inch-imac-with-apple-m1-chip/ The page loads very slow, if I click on anything or try to scroll it crashes. If I wait some 20 seconds to load: the browser stops responding and after 5 seconds it suddenly scrolls. I think the issue is on mobile. I can record a video later on if that helps. The price for the theme is good, I’ll keep an eye on the issue =)

Looks like we still having problems with the theme.
So hard to UnRegister an instalation.
We try to setup a staging site and we have problems to UnRegister the staging to then try a different instalation.
The UnRegister works after many times we try to run the unregistratior tool.
Them, we have problems to update the “Agni Builder”, the theme install the v1.0.1 and have the v1.0.2 available.
The update is not working, I click many times to update, shows a gren icon, but I refresh still the v1.0.1.
We still having big problems to start working with your theme.
Can you help us to fix all the issues I share with you?

I have tested this theme (one of my friend has purchased this one) with content egg pro plugin and found that theme is not able show price comparison box and logo of respective website like flipkart, amazon etc.
