Hi, I bought the theme but I have a problem with the version of Slider Revolution. The installed version is 6.6.7 and the Minimum required version is 6.6.8. Could you update the version for correctly run? I opened a ticket but I didn’t have answer. Thank you

The installation does not work… If you try to install this WordPress theme, it will be stuck on a message where the required plugin “Slider Revolution” needs to be updated before activating it. The update just does not work!!! Why you can’t answer about his to everybody so it would be easier to fix it? I also texted to you on support but I didnt received any message!

From suffering so much, I went back and removed the content ” $return = ”’’; from line 5578 of the inc/tools.php file. And it solved my problem.

What font is used for the logo?

There are two options. If your logo type is text then you can see an option for changing font style for logo text. If your logo type is image then you do not need to set font style settings for the logo.

PreSale :- Revolution Slider and elements working or not properly as I have gone through comments, mostly your one click demo installation problem.

Product is launched 4 year back still these basic things are not working?

Please confirm everything is working properly or not whatever on website.

Thanks for taking interest in our theme. Our theme works perfectly and has no bugs like this. Some users get issues with installing plugin and demo data due to their server’s poor PHP configuration. When the theme doesn’t meet that requirement then this type error occurs. But this is not a theme bug or error. We already described it in our theme Documentation So just set it and all works perfectly.

This button text is from Nutrico Options. So just go to Admin > Nutrico Options > Services Settings and change “read more” button text there.

Hello, pre-purchase questions: 1) I prefer elementor over wp-bakery , I read somewhere there is an issue with elementor on this theme? is it working properly?

2) I like the home-5 look , are the images included in the theme as its an expensive theme, I am hope it is.

3) The appointment CTA doesnt go anywhere? Is the theme not using any appointment plugin?

Thanks for taking interest in our theme. 1) Yes, Our theme works perfectly with both page builders so you can use any preferred page builder. 2) Yes, Home5 page images included with demo data. Only portfolio images do not come. We set some free images for the portfolio with demo data. 3)No appointment booking plugin is not included in the theme package. You need to purchase it separately. But we also added support for a free and premium booking plugin called Booking calendar, Appointment Booking System. So you have the option to use which plugin. You can try the free plugin first and then decide yourself.

Clicking to update, shows logs that the plugin is updated, but going back to the plugins page, the Slider Revolution is still on the older version. With a ticket to the support, the support asked for my admin credentials. They fixed the issue but didn’t tell me how.

Now, I needed to reinstall the theme (to clean up the old test data), and again, I’m facing the same issue. This is so frustrating! Specially to a very expensive premium theme like this one…

We are giving all google fonts but for custom fonts you need a child theme on your site. But I will assure that we will help you to add your custom font on your site.

Unfortunately the Elementor version of all design available in theme admin area are just there to attract new buyers. If you import the Elementor pages they look broken from page elements format till images.

There is a lot of work that must be done before you can use the Elementor version.

So don’t buy it if you wanted for Elementor version. WP Bakery version is ok.

I bought the theme a few days ago and since then I’ve been trying to set it up but nothing… several bugs, especially at the Nutrico Option level, the page display is weird and I can’t manage to do anything since there is a scroll that does not stop every time I consult the page, I can’t even change the logo yet I consulted the documentation several times.

Any help please ?

Hi! Just wanted to ask if you will update the plugin soon to include the new WPBackery versions. There is a huge problem with “media translations” when you apply Polylang to WPBackery and, although I know Polylang is not part of this theme, WPBackery is and it would solve any issue. Anyway, apart from that I must say we have been using this theme for a few years now and it works like a charm! It’s fresh and looks really nice, our customers love it. Thank you very much for all the work you have done!
