HI, I bought your theme last year and I did not install on my site. My support has expired now. I decided to replace my current theme bought here in themeforest also (Elessi theme) This theme currently is loading slow so I decide to activate Woodmart. I deactivated all plugins except WP Bakery, Woodmart core and other Woodmart necessary plugins. When I try to install dummy content theme, the process stops at 90%. I tried different dummy theme but all stop at 90%. As told I deacvtivated all previous plugins and still I cannot install Woodmart dummy content. Please help. Thank you. Regards

After migrating the site, the sidebar with filters on our shop page has disappeared. Now there is only a button with show sidebar at the top of the shop page and when I click on that, the sidebar comes in as a popup from the left of the screen..

I might be missing the setting for it, but how do we activate the ability to comment on “Project” pages? I enabled the setting “Allow comments” in the “Discussion” block under the description block.

But on the project page (showing the single project) I don’t see anywhere to add comments. I’m also logged in and I’m able to leave a comment to a regular page with the comment setting enabled – but not a single project page.

Hi, It can not be like this theme are full compatible with Litespeed cache plugin becuse the header missing all the contents after 1 day etc. contents like menu, logo, etc. When we purge all, all is ok again but after short time the header missing content again. It is only in the header this issues happend.

Hi, I have been using this theme for a while now!

I have a suggestion to improve the theme which requires adding one function check is_woocommerce() to the file Layout.php in woodmart/inc/classes/Layout.php:310 when you check the type of the page we are on. You check everything perfectly, but you you forgot to use is_woocommerce() also.

In my case I have a page where the products of a certain brand are listed and there the sidebar appears on the right (just like the sidebar on pages) while everywhere in my shop the sidebar appears on the left! Therefore, adding is_woocommerce() check to the if statement helped me achieve that!

I have a bug report I believe (v6.5.4). Not sure if it has already been reported, my apologies if it has.

When I enabled the WPBakery Custom CSS file generator>

- images (Single image) used by the WPBaker builder all got left aligned even know I had the setting in the element to be centered.

- the “FAQ element” from the WPBakery builder lost the + and – toggle icons. The faq element was also forced open even know the settings for the element was set to closed when page loaded. You can click the faq title but it would not be known you could do that with the icon missing.

- the “separator” element disappeared on any wpbakery generated block (like in html blocks or using the page builder for a page). The “hr” just did not show.

- THEME: when lazy load was enabled (and the wpb css file was generated) the images added through the single image element made the images massive and super blurry. I disabled lazy load and the images were normal size. But once I figured out it was the generated css file was the cause of all these problems (as pointed out below) the lazy load worked fine again.

I’ve been racking my brain for about 2 days now trying to figure out why it was doing this. I disabled the theme and using the twenty-twenty-two theme (default wordpress theme) the elements appeared fine. So I knew it was the theme but still couldn’t figure it out, I disabled all css minify, merge, js minify, merge, nothing changed it. Reset the theme, still no go. But then I checked a different part of the site that had an “hr” using just the ”< hr >” code and that showed – which pinpointed me to more relating to wpbakery. But the fact it worked with the theme disabled made me think it was the theme + wpbakery. That’s when it dawned on me that I enabled the “WPBakery CSS Generator” a while back. So even know I didn’t have those affected elements disabled, just having the file generated messed up those elements. Here is an image of what I had disabled: https://imgur.com/qKaPZRS you can see I didn’t have the “separator” nor “faq element” disabled yet they were still affected. Completely deleting the “pre-generated” file got everything back to normal (because unchecking every box didn’t fix it, only deleting the file did).

Just a heads up, enabling the css file generator for WPBakery seems to cause odd issues with the WPBakery elements.

Hello, I wanted to ask if the theme can support high number of products. Like i am talking about 30k products. If i upload around 30k products will there be any loading/Speeding issue? Will the theme handle these number of products?

Hello, we have your theme installed and finished, but we have seen that it does not work correctly with the YITH WooCommerce Request A Quote plugin, so we believe that it may be an incompatibility since that same plugin does work when we use another theme.

The plugin is simple, it generates a button to request a quote just below the add to cart button, but this never appears despite the fact that we have even tried to edit with Elementor (not even the YITH options that should appear in the menu of the left of Elementor).

Any help you can give us is appreciated.
