It might be affected by some of the installed plugins. Try to disable them temporarily and see how it works.

This theme is really amazing. My sales increased 200% after I adopted him / Elementor.
A big improvement would be to include the product video as part of the image gallery (as EBay and other big stores do). It would further increase sales.

In the theme settings —> product archive --> Categories styles: I use the category design “default” + categories color scheme “light” + category with shadow.
