I recently purchased a product from your platform, but it appears that I mistakenly bought a template kit instead of a full WordPress theme, which is what I actually need.
I kindly request a refund for this purchase, and I would like to use the refunded amount to buy a WordPress theme instead.
The theme does not install or function as expected. Instead of working as a normal theme, it only applies to specific pages, which is not what I need. This setup is impractical and unsuitable for my project. I request a full refund, as it is impossible to work effectively under these conditions.

LOVE the design. However I am having an issue with one of the categories. For Example if i click lights, all the lights come up. I can click a pendant light and those lights come up fine, if i click a different one say wall lights, I get a 404 error? and its all set up the same

Hi, you are missing the payment method ico on the foother, google merchant will suspend the accounts without that information, it seams like most of the theme don’t have this, please make this simple change, I’ll pass this purchase because of this.

Hello, I tried the support above. It is still giving me the error. When I download your file it is already unzipped and I need to upload a zip file. This is what the support is telling me now: The file is invalid you need to upload an enclosed zip.
