There is no checkout page, also many features like quick add to cart, like shopify theme (where options show up on product’s image with opacity) is not updated on html theme.

Ella Shopify Template and Ella HTML are two completely different platforms as well as have different code structures. You cannot use Ella Shopify in custom HTML.
Therefore, if you want to use this template for your store, you can buy it and build from scratch for your business.
