Or individuals can submit a project and search for a artisan in their city.
And the pros can respond to the projects or receive the projects automatically according to their sector according to the paid package chosen.
Can your theme be used to do this sort of thing?

For service platform (bricklayer, plumbers, electricians.) you can create your listing types And add your listings according to you. The individuals can submit there project from frontend, Search with cities is possible. For the packages chosen you can use the booking feature to respond and receive the projects.

Good morning, I am customizing the “submission” section and I have had to modify a file in the following path (plugins\routiz\inc\extensions\blade\cache\submission\namexxx.blade)

For customizing the submission page you need to do the changes in path: wp-content/themes/brikk/templates/routiz/page-templates/submission.php.In You can do the changes. For infants there is no price. You can only add the discount price for the child and can add price according to per child.
For child price you need to select the option in listing types->reservation->enable child discount price. It will show in the listings and at the end you can add the price for child.
You can not add additional price for child and can give only discount on child price. If you want to add price you can add extra addon or service charges to the listings.

For now we have only reservation feature in this theme. Name, surname and ID are not working for now. We are not sure that this feature is possible with plugin or not but definitely, we’ll consider this point for the future updates. But we have feature in reservation with adults, children and infants.

1) When host delete images they don’t delete from server 2) when images delete from admin, then shows blank white image in listing 3) host click on delete listing but listing not deleting 4) in mobile version host can not delete images. 5) when host upload images, they show unattached in admin, soo I can not know for which listing is those images.

Yes, you can create your rental type website with this theme. In listings you can create properties with different listing types. We have an option for other users to add their listings but you can remove that option in the theme. There is an option to enable and disable this feature.

Of a person submitting an ad chooses a plan they don’t own at the end of submission it asks to make payment for that plan and the ad goes into pending state.
If the user skips past the payment part, how can they make the payment later?

When user select the plan after submission it asks for the payment. User needs to pay at a time. There is no process that user can pay it later. But for listing purchase we have an option to add some amount of payment process.
