Hi support team, I’m trying to generate the sitemap with Yoast Seo plugin but I’m getting an error: This page contains the following errors:
error on line 2 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error. I debuged the issue with Health Check plugin , deactivating all the plugins and themes, the child theme seems to be the problem, with the parent theme I can have the sitemap but when I activate the child theme it comes with the error.
Please I need some help here cause all my styles and custom code is on the child theme.

In case if any one having the same issue and as we informed you as replying to your email, custom PHP codes in child theme’s adding an empty line of each site map XML files that triggers an error when your try to view XML files.

Latest update fixed custom header function. Now theme give following message: “Your theme is not verified, please fill your purchase code to install/update latest version of the necessary extensions.” When I put purchase code I get message: “Wrong version number or item ID given.” and code not accepted.

Plugin is not Up-to-Date. Wp page builder plugin is to old.

Thanks a lot the issues has been resolved and it’s working fine.
I posted a comment earlier about it appears this theme is not current with the latest versions of WordPress. When we use other supported themes Page builder and everything else works on our website as it should. When your theme is enabled the website is unable to use Page builder. Please advise. Thank you. Again, I can’t post support in your support system as it won’t accept my envato purchase code. Even though I used it before about 2 months ago when I had another question about how the theme would not post all of the social media icons in the footer that were actually added to the theme.
Not sure if anyone monitors the page here and unable to use the support page even though we should have 4 more months of support for a theme we just purchased a couple of months ago. We are troubleshooting our own issues here but thought this may be helpful to others that may have this theme if this page isn’t being monitored or supported any longer.

Updated the theme to version 3.9 cleared browser cache as well as deleted all website related cache and still can not use page builder with this theme enabled. If I change to 2020 or 2019 theme in WordPress page builder works fine.
Is this theme WP 5.5 compatible as it was given me the deprecated files errors I posted earlier above.

After WordPress v5.5 it appears that we can no longer update any of our pages with page builder. We are just given the the code but the visual page builder tab no longer appears. Is this theme or its plugins not 5.5 compatible? Tried posting to the support site with my envato purchase number and the support site says the number is for a different product. I should have 4 more months left on our support but your site is ignoring our purchase for some reason.

Also, in your demo (http://wedding-planner.freevision.me/about/testimonials/) I see in the code “ozy-testimonial-quote”, but I have not the Testimonial element in WPBakery Visual Composer. I can not insert a testimonial like in your demo.

1 – That error means you are using old Instagram Feed which is not functional any more, so we’ve updated our theme and plugins. Please update your theme and all bundled plugins then replace Instagram Feed component with NEW Instagram Feed component.
2 – On demo page we have used the component named “Blockquote Box”

When adding a link for pinterest it doesn’t show with the other social media sites. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and linkedin appear to work, but not pinterest even if only adding it by itself.
