Hello, Its more than 1 working day. My work is pending. Yesterday I bought this theme. Still issue is consistent and support is not explaining when to solve the issue. Customer satisfaction should be first priority. Atleast confirm that till what time the issue will be resolve.

It seems there’s been a lack of timely response, with replies or solutions taking 2 – 3 days even for a single line. This delay is quite concerning.
It’s been almost 10 days, and the delay is becoming increasingly difficult to manage. The issue is now causing significant problems in several areas.
The issue is still ongoing, and the support team has failed to provide any clear explanation or timeline for resolution. This level of service is unacceptable — customer satisfaction should be your top priority.
At the very least, give a clear and definite deadline for when this will be fixed.

This situation should not have occurred from your end – but regardless, I’m writing to ask for an update on the primary issue I raised over 12–14 days ago, which still appears to be unresolved. Due to this ongoing issue, I’m unable to proceed with anything, and it’s affecting my work.
At this point, I kindly request you to process a refund, as the theme has proven to be completely unusable for my needs, and the delivery has not matched what was advertised AND SHOWN at the time of purchase.

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue.
If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persists then please try to contact us via our support system by creating a ticket and share your site access so that our customer support team member will check and assist you with a proper solution.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

Simply go to the Dashboard >> PandaStore >> Layouts >> Layout Builder >> Home Page and then in the “General Settings” option you will see the block of popup is set there, simply remove it from there and then save layouts then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Actually, No, Let me explain.
The order and billing are handled by WooCommerce. no theme will be responsible for it. Also, Our theme has no influence on it. You can check for the WooCommerce addons for this because by default WooCommerce doesn’t have this kind of feature yet. You can also check the plugin support forum for a fix or contact the plugin Author for further assistance with your issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience but to hide the Popup completely from your Site, you need to go to Dashboard > Panda > Layout Builder > Home Page Layout > General Settings > there you’ll see Popup option > just select Slash Eye icon (which is the Hide option) > and the Popup will be removed from your Site. If you want to remove it from your whole Site, then instead of doing the same process on the Home Page Layout, do the same on the Global Layout and you are good to go.
