Hi we find that there is a localisation.php file (in english) and the two .mo and .po files (in english, spanish and russian). We’d like to have these files in Italian version. Is it possible? 1) The system is providing me with an error stating that the passwords for my admin account and a new user are invalid (please see attached), the system shows as profile verified but email not verified (see attached), but the template didn’t send the email for verification. I have updated the passwords on the update password platform at the WP dashboard as well as the Homey Dashboard and still this problem persist. Could you please assist. I have tried all the options available to solve this issue with no luck. So basically I don’t have access to the front end, I can only access via Wordpress.
I don’t have the option for email verification as admin (please see attached)
2) Eventhough I have marked the icon to approve a listing and the editing of a listing prior to publishing, the user was able to immediately publish the listing without any regulation.
3) I installed the google recaptcha as suggested but it is limited the amount of tries (eventhough I put the right password and username and then when you reach the limit (even as admin via WP, the system has a wait time of 13 seconds until you have to try again.
4) The emails for new users, new listing etc, arrive from Wordpress and not from any email related to my company, how can I change those settings.
All this information Ive searched in your documentation and Ive either tried it and failed or its missing. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I need your help with a prepurchase question, All looks great and fit my needs but one thing I cannot find,
I need to add 2 type of taxes that are not compunded with eachother, 1 tax is ONLY for the days of hosting/stay service and the second tax is for the total, exempting a double taxation with the hosting tax, ex:
Rent a room for $100 per day as an example.
10 days rent: $1,000.00 Cleaning fee $50.00 per stay Pet ($10/day) $100.00 total
TOTAL without tax: $1,150.00
VAT TAX 10% of total amount: $115.00 HOSTING TAX 3% *only applicable to 10 DAYS CHARGE: $30.00
TOTAL WITH TAX: $1,295.00
I hope I explained well what I need so I can have 2 taxes and no matter theamount of additional fees or days the 2 taxes are repareted form each other, 1 tax only for the total of days rented and the second for the total amount without taxing again the 3% of the first tax.

The version of the plugin that I have does not look like that in the backend and does not have that option to show/hide sorry. I downloaded the plugin yesterday if this helps.

I have installed homey in a wordpress multisite, which is working fine The only issue is that when logging as host, In the dashboard I see 0 listings, but when I click my listings i see all listings.

1) Can you set different commissions per listing, or is it one percentage across the board?
2) Can you configure the property listings in such a way that it does not show who the host is?
3) I do not want the public to contact my hosts directly, but it would be great if my hosts can still have access to their dashboards. Is it possible to configure the site to be more like an agency type site in the front end (basically just omit the host details to the public) but still give each host independent dashboards for their properties in the back-end so that they can approve/decline bookings and see their stats?
4) Can you de-activate the “add listing” option on the front end that only admin can add listings?
5) Can you automatically book cleaning days on calendar day before and day after?
6) Which premium plugins are part of the Homey purchase?

1. It is the one percentage across the board.
2. Without host how is it possible to contact or booking the listings. If you want to hide only the host name then you can hide it by using the custom CSS code.

4. Yes, it is possible.
5. Sorry, I did not understand what do you mean by cleaning days?
