Hi, I want to enable the product video on my product page. i am using ella theme. and follow the documentation but the product video not dispalyed. There are still bugs in Ella Ver 6.2.3. The collection page title was with h1 tag in all Ella previous versions but now the super genius Ella team thinks that h1 is not important and they turned it to h3 tag which will decrease the search engine ranking of that page. But they did it. While all other shopify themes at themeforest have h1 tag at the collection page title. But they think h3 is important than h1 so they did it. Collection page title should be uppercase but you can not do it.
When you will select the collection Page Title: Alignment then it will remain on left and you can not align it to any other position.
The collection page layout width also not working. The collection page layout width option not working.
I do not know why this super genius team does not check all these bugs before releasing the next version.
Hope they will think about this. And will resolve these issues in the next version.

Good morning I want to add a Youtube video to the gallery of each product, when I load it through the link “Add url” I upload the video but does not generate the thumb, but it does appear an Play icon on the previous photo. How can I show the thumb of the video as if it were a photo and when I click on it opens the video window? Thanks in advance!

Hi there, how do get the gymuso Home 2 child theme? When I installed the gymuso child theme home page 1 populates automatically. and there is only 1 gymuso child theme zip file in the folder. I am new to shopify haha, please help.

Hi I was hoping you may be able to guide me, i want to use the default layout for the menu on mobile as i think it looks nicer with the ‘wish list’ etc under the sections, but i don’t like the ‘Nav All’ or ‘Menu’ title being on there.
Is there anyway you can turn these options off within the theme settings? i know you can in the custom menu but then there is no wish list or account options shown.
I have attached three images to show the custom menu without the wish list account etc options and two showing the default menu but with the sections id like to remove.

There is still error in Ella ver 6.2.3. The collection page not showing the collection title. I requested at support to resolve this issue in Ella ver 6.2.2 and they did it and also told me that they will resolve this in Ella next version so I checked again in Ella ver 6.2.3 but still the same problem. How do I install the child theme templates? I am using the tea child theme but I can’t find where to install the templates.

6.2.3 doesnt show collection header description any longer. Same exact setting applied from 6.2.2. Seems like a bug. Great theme but 6.0 hasnt been without its issues.

We are facing one issue in our website i.e. https://www.bossexotics.ca/. We are using Super Market demo. On product details page, when we click on “Add to Cart” button, it is redirecting the user to Checkout page which is wrong. But this is working fine at home page and listing page. Problem is only in “Add to Cart” of product detail page. Can you please help us?

I just tested the new theme and see that the configuration file (settings_data.json) will not work in the new store. There are several errors. I know you said EVERYTHING has to be built over but does that mean: header, footer, brands, categories, and mega menu items too?
Are you using ella 5 and want to update to ella 6?
If yes, you can start with setting up theme again. Please don’t use anything from ella 5 for ella 6, they are 2 different theme source.

Because the Ella theme version 5.0 and the Ella theme version 6.0 are completely different code structures, our new version was built from the Dawn theme and compatible with Shopify 2.0
When you wanna update to new version, you must build your website as using a new theme such as header, menu, collections, etc… and you don’t copy code from theme source “Ella 5.0” to theme source “Ella 6.0”
