To locate your purchase code please follow steps from this article.
When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.
You can deactivate Qi Blocks and Qi Addons plugins. These are free plugins which add some additional blocks and Elementor shortcodes, however, they are not used when creating demos so you can deactivate them if you don’s plan on using them.

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

I’m having a recent issue with my website https://equalsaludybelleza.com/ — when I try to access it, it redirects to a blank page. After multiple checks and scans, the problem appears to be caused by the TouchUp-Core plugin. When I deactivate it, the entire site works fine, but as soon as I reactivate it, the site breaks again. I don’t know what to do to fix it, and as far as I know, the plugin is updated to its latest version.

You can find theme changelog in this link. If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
Also, please navigate to Settings > Permalinks and make sure the url structure is set to Post Name.

Your documentation is BAD and outdated! Can you please provide me proper documentation and how to install this template? Also where to find product code? My client is really upset because this is taking more than usual.
1. Plugin “Booked” is not supported anymore and needs to be replaced 2. TouchUp Core Options – do not exist after theme installation and plugin activation 3. Purchase Code is not available where you expect us to find it. Button have NO hover function

1. The Booked plugin is no longer supported by the developer but we are planning on maintaining the plugin.
2. Once you install the theme you should navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and install/activate plugins listed there one by one. It is also important to install Qode Framework first and TouchUp Core plugin second.
3. Please check this article – Where Is My Purchase Code

This theme is installed since 1 year but the speed is pathetic, We are trying to optimize it. Also paying hard to optimize the speed. But no one is able to optimize the speed. Please at least help me to resolve the issue

I have been trying to get in contact with the authors for days with no luck. The website is a client website and it is broken and I can’t get any response from support. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

I bought the plugin. I just installed it. But in plugins to install I only have Elementor as page builder. While in the description of the template in themeforest, you say that it is also compatible with wpbakery Page Builder. Why is it not included in the plugins to install? I want to import the demos. Are the demos compatible with wpbakery or not? I chose it only for its compatibility with wpbakery. I’m more comfortable with wpbakery. When it comes to WPBakery the theme is compatible with the plugin but it does not come included nor do we have an option to import the demo content with it since the themes native import method comes with Elementor. So the WPBakery does not come included within the theme and you will need to create your own content with it if you intend to use it, all shortcodes are available and compatible though.
When it comes to refunds this is handled directly through Envato. Thanks for understanding.

We have tested 3 different servers and the server has no memory or bandwidth limit, 70% importing after that server showing 504 server time out error, the footer widget is missing

Already contacted Help Center (ticket 225281) and i did try the XML import and it stuck in the middle. Secondly it didn’t import all content, widgets and footer sections. if you could share the live demo of your by importing it using all in one migration then problem will be solved within a minute.

all i got was the exact thing you messaged about the XML import and you must know that doesnt work or fix the issue because reading these comment you can see it been the same problem since last year and there has been no updates since September!
Have you tried importing just widgets in TouchUp Dashboard > Import (please see screenshot)?

It’s almost impossible to run this theme. A lot of problems to install. Now widgets pages has a lot of errors. I opened several tickets in helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com, but the attendants take days to answer.
