in 6.2.1 cant import demo content

With the Section themes, when you install the theme source, it won’t include demo images/ banners as you see on our theme demo because Shopify doesn’t allow you to get data to show up when it is Section themes. Therefore, you need to start uploading and refer to our instructions in the User Guide to manage and set up. The demo in documentation will help you easily manage when you created menus, categories, and uploaded images.. for your site.

- For demo contents such as banners, and product data, it will not be included in theme purchase as they are under our license and we are buying licenses from other resources. You need to set up your own data - Regarding theme demo data, the banners, as well as demo products, are not included in the theme package as they are under copyright and are just for demo showcases.

If you want to have demo banners shown on your store, you can purchase our basic installation service for $39, and then we will install banners on your site: https://www.halothemes.com/amember/signup?id=100

But after that, you must replace them with your banners as you are not allowed to use them

A bug that prevents us from going live since you can’t sell when you’re out of stock was submitted on the eighth and you responded three days later, stating we’d fix it right away. It’s currently the eighth day and no one has fixed any of the flaws.

There is problem in Ella Version 6.2.2 in variation sizes. For example if you will create different sizes 18 20 and 24 then when you will select the 20 it will be on 18 and will not be 20 and when you will select 24 it will be on 18 size. Please resolve this issue in next Ella version

Which license should I buy? Regular is only for test and I have to purchase the extended one?

You only need to buy Regular license and use for your live store. You don’t need the extended license if your store doesn’t require your customers to pay for you if they want to see the content on your website :)

I have a pre-sale question: Checking the documentation, we see that for the colors to appear in the variants, they have to have the same names as on this page: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_colornames.asp

In our case, we have a store in Spanish, so most colors do not match and would not be displayed. Is there any method to solve this?

Although this fact will prevent us from changing the theme as we had planned, don’t you plan to solve this soon?

Practically all the themes that I know, have no problem with the assignment of colors in other languages, and even allow to assign different name variations to the same color.

I think this is an essential feature in a theme of this level and it would make life easier for all your international customers.

Submitted on the 5th and you replied to 3 days later saying we will deal with it ASAP and it’s now on day 8 and no one has touched any of the bugs one of which is stopping us go live as you can’t sell when out of stock.

PLEASE can you get on this ticket as a week is a crazy amount of time to wait for a reply – I know you are busy but so are we waiting to get this theme live.

We are sorry for our late reply but we are researching more for this. It is not a theme bug. For the order more than currently in stock, the default code of shopify is not working like this way. It will report the error if you order more than in stock. We have to check to find the solution for this and hope to receive your sympathy.

Also, the option is provided by the Shopify itself. It just needs to be implemented.

PS: Discount coupons are not linked with Payment method or gateway by default. Hence, just creating discount coupon won’t hide the payment method.

From site, Please try to add any product (that is Not on FREE ship) in Cart, and on Checkout page, fill any dummy address and on payment page, use the Code PREPAID, you will find that the COD Payment option gets hidden the moment we apply coupon code.
Otherwise, the Prepaid and COD both are available.

We wanted to know about this. Is this available on Ella, in built. And that is why this customer of Ella (Shop owner), manages to implement it.
Or this is done by the combination of COD app and discount coupons within Shopify. Or some other way. In either case, can you please clarify with details.

The featured collection section in Ella 6, when selected, you can only choose a “Menu” inside, rather than an actual collection
