We are now using a configurator plugin that does not play well with Deposits and does not use the total price of the options but just the base price of the Woo product.

HI. I bought the custom-text addon and installed it on my site which uses your wp configurator theme. However the addon doesn’t work and I don’t have the possibility to add text fields. I read on the documentation that the addon only works with the wp configurator pro plugin. On your theme was wp configurator for woocommerce. Is not the same thing? Should I buy the pro to see the addon work? And if I buy it, what should I do with the wp configurator for woocommerce plugin?

Unfortunately this theme does not work.

We have had enormous problems with the integration or rather the usability of the configurator. As mentioned by other users, “WordPress keeps throwing errors as soon as the theme and configurator are activated”.

To make things worse, the support team has ceased to respond to our mails, leaving us with a faulty configurator on our website, without any hope of improvement or of eliminating the errors altogether.

Hi there! First of all, importing demo’s does not work. It gives a ’’The file does not exist, please try again.’’ prompt. Login in on your support pages does not work either. It keeps saying that I need a a purchase token, which I entered. But it still does not work. Long story short, how can I import demo’s ? It’s quite frustrating. On the other hand, great work with the theme and I absolutely love it. Now I want to get it to work !

1. Does the plugin has Conditional Logic? 2. Is it possible to have a Group where the costumer can write something on the product? 3. If I buy the theme and use only the plugin in my existing theme (woodmart), is that ok? 4. Is the plugin 3.0 version?

I am interested on the plugin mostly. But I am afraid it doesn’t work with Woodmart theme and then I will need to buy the theme (that comes already with the plugin, it would be a waste of money). Could you please help me?

Theme is no longer compatible with the newest version of woocommerce. Files are outdated.

I purchase your WP configurator Theme, there is no theme license in Appearance, therefore I cannot validate the theme with the purchase license number. The king Composer did not come with the theme and to download it from King Composer website is requesting payment, except you have another way of getting it. I will need a refund for one of the items, as I did not realise I had two of the same items in the basket before paying for them. The theme options did not import with the demo and I need instructions on how to set up mega menu. I have registered for support, however I unable to input my product license, I think you will have to register me. I will definitely needs some help please reply urgently.
