HI there, We have bought this theme yesterday and installed in a new store, and imported the demo contact. They after a few hours received a message from shopify that your store is in violation of shopify and blocked the store, there nothing on this store other then this new template and demo contact. Do you have any idea why did it happened?

Well there isn’t any setting for it. Can you explain your issue in detail. What part of the theme isn’t responsive in nature? Also kindly share your store link to check.
For example, checkout https://zuricart.co.ke/ desktop and mobile versions. Notice how the website ‘shrinks’ or ‘minimizes’ contents on mobile browser. Also note the menu has shifted below the screen. I would really love that on my store.

Hello, Could you shed some light regarding H1 & H2 tags on the main page.
From an SEO point of view, the main page looks empty of H tags. Looking at SEOMinion, it shows the following on the main page, 1 H1 2 H1 3 H1 4 H2 5 H2 6 H2
Our site is idaffodil.co.uk, if you would not mind taking a quick look and seeing why no text is showing here, on text inspection, it shows H1 as using Title1 but I’m not sure where else to find anything relating to H1 within the code. Any help would be much appreciated.

There should be one H1 tag in every page keeping the SEO in mind which is already present. If you need more heading tags then you can add it in your content by using the specific html header tag like<h3>Sub Title</h3>
There is a H1 tag on the page, but what i’m saying is, its empty. Do you know of a reason that can cause this? is there a box im missing, what does the H1 take its text from so i can figure out how to add it in. Our SEO audit shows the main page as containing three H1’s which are empty and two H2’s which are empty. Do you have any idea’s about this?
Product page and collections work just fine, this is only effecting the main index page.

It seems that you’ve not added heading text to the sliders. Move the title text from description option to the heading option on slider section and it won’t be empty anymore.

On the banner code, it shows H1 & H2 as blankWhereas H4 for example has “{{ block.settings.subheading }}” Am i missing something somewhere?

Hi, I bought this theme which was supposed to come in different themes in which I can easily switch from theme to them but that’s not the case. This order only gave me “design 1” and I was not able to switch to other them that I wanted. May I know what’s going and if that can be update to reflected the complete product description.
