I am willing to buy theme but before buying i have some questions-> 1) Does this theme contact online booking of a service 2) can we book an appointment with online payment of both.
3) can i sell products 4) if i have staff of 8, can there be feature so that customer could choose whom to book for appointment

Can we expect some update soon? Especially WP Bakery, which is version 6.13.0 (24.05.2023), while 8.2 is the current version. There has been multiple security fixes rolled out in the last 1,5 years.

I am unable to update WPbakery because the Kitring plugin is not compatible. It has crashed my site. Please see error message

Dear Kitring Support Team,
I recently installed your theme on my website and was updating it using the Evanto plugin. Today, after I noticed an update for your theme, I first updated it through the Evanto plugin and then attempted to update WPBakery as per your instructions. Unfortunately, this caused my site to crash. According to your manual, I was instructed to go to my PHPAdmin, find the “active_plugins” row under the “option_name” column in the “wp_options” table, and change the “option_value” field to “a:0:{}” in order to regain access to my WP admin site and delete WPBakery. However, I have tried this several times and have received the same result. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue.

hey there the support link is not working so I ask it here.
We are using the Video PopUp that works just great with regular video. But we uploaded a 1080×1920 video on youtube that become a shorts. I try to embed this short using this URL https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ll4e1Pfb7DI but it says that google refuse the conection.
If I use this URL: https://www.youtube.com/wwatch/ll4e1Pfb7DI it works but the video is shown as a landscape video or it needs to be portrait video.

I’ve taken over administration for the website of a local organization which uses Kitring; the previous programmer has died and the organization no longer has access to theme updates. The site throws errors when we try to upgrade the PHP. Do we need to purchase a new copy of Kitring? The website also has a plugin called “Kitring Extender,” does that come with the theme?

About your question, No, you don’t need to buy new copy of kitring, there was some update in the theme also in the Kitring Extender so the theme will compatible with PHP 7.4.25. There is a bug on image pop up for products (Shop). When I click on the image it doesn’t open up in lightbox. Can you fix this? It only happens to products with more than 1 image.
