Hi, great work. I’ve a pre-purchase question. Is there a built-in megamenu available or if not, will it be? I really like the theme Hub, has also a great megamenu builder inside but it does some lack of speed and optimisation. So, I’m thinking to switch my websites to another theme and one of the most important needs is the megamenu. Anyway, thanks in advance

Hi, sure, you can use template library and filter for Pricing. There are lots of pricing tables to choose from.
So when someone click to buy, there is a link for payment?
No, because that depends on how you set your payment. If you use WooCommerce, you can set a link to the product page or directly to checkout. Or you can link directly to the PayPal or Stripe payment link, but again, it depends on the shop settings.
Great theme so far. I think one thing you should really add promptly is a filter for the Blog Posts. No category filter for a blog, seems like a basic to me. Cheers

Very pleased with this theme, but have a question about performance:
Which measures have you implemented for speed on the demo websites? Whilst the overall performance score is good, on our installation the initial connection (TTFB) takes a long time when the Elements Pack is active (even with just the required widgets activated). I have tested this on two separate servers. Your demos are very fast though.
Hi, this is the case with all functionality plugins, not just Element Pack Pro. The more you add on your website, the longer it will take to load. You can try disabling the extensions as well to optimize even more.
On our demos we used CloudFlare to cache all resources.
Thanks for replying. We have never experienced such a bad TTFB than with Element Pack Pro though, even without caching. Will have to investigate further.

Hello, purchased a license after viewing one demo only. Demo Looks awesome and clean. Haven’t tested it yet though. Just wanted to ask, Does this theme supports whmcs bridge option?? It would be awesome if you could add a fully featured domain,hosting demo integrated with whmcs. As you already have a hosting demo, do you plan to add any template for whmcs clients? If not please take it as a feature request. The original whmcs client portal is old styled. If you could give a little touch of vault theme in there it would look awesome. Anyways, good luck with sales. Its already a hit though.

Is there any plugin that you can recommend for the mega menu? I’m trying to control the radius of the simple mega menu, and add a text and a subtext to sub-menu.
It’s really important that I can have these settings in the mega menu.
Hi, you can enable menu description by going to Screen Options in Appearance – Menus. This can be used as menu subtext.

I installed it on WordPress, confirmed the purchase with a code, wanted to upload the SaaS-2 template, and instead I have your Vault homepage. In addition, I can’t send a ticket by selecting the name of your template (it doesn’t appear, only another one I bought called Level). What should I do to get rid of the current Your homepage? This is exactly how I did it but instead, it installed “your” main theme, check for yourself mattovsky.com. I don’t know if I should delete it all now and somehow approach it differently?
