Hello UiCore PRO is a different product, that doesn’t include any of the themes from our portfolio. The main advantage of UiCore PRO is that you can use it on unlimited websites, and it allows you to customize the theme with your own branding.

Yes, of course, you can customize the website with your own branding. The white label feature allows you to customize the theme, so instead of Vault, it will show your company name.

Hello, the forms don’t have an email address set, so it shouldn’t work. Once you install the theme on your website, you will be able to configure it with your own email address.

4. Our license management system allows you to easily transfer between staging and production. The license is valid for single end product (production website), so development websites don’t count as end products.

I will be working as a reseller of an Ai Plugin and Script. The developer team of the plugin will provide after login Dashboard for Subscription users, which will be hosted on their server.
I mainly need a landing page, blog pages, Pricing page. Clicking on the subscription page should direct the users to the login/signup pages/checkout pages. Payment gateways are created by them, I just need to fill my Stripe and PayPal Ids there.
However, for onetime or lifetime deals, they are not providing anything.
Thus I need to create a page for this purpose and get the payment with the same gateway.
In addition the users should be able to download the file upon checkout for Lifetime deals.
Please guide the best possible way to setup this with your theme.
All right, for the content part, you will be able to create the pages and assign custom links to the buttons using our theme.
However, for the lifetime package, you will have to ask the developer team to create a custom checkout page, that you will later assign to a pricing table.
Same applies for the digital download: the users should be able to access the product in the dashboard provided by the script developers.

The plugin (lifetime) is independent and will be hosted by the Customers on their sites.
So, I don’t need any dashboard for that.

Hello, both issues are caused by the custom HTML code you added to page options custom JS: https://uicore.d.pr/i/cXHlus
HTML code shouldn’t be added to custom JS, because it will break the page. You will need to add that code in a HTML widget in Elementor.
As for the support, it looks like you have two accounts on https://my.uicore.co/. One is assigned to csp##########@gmail.com (which has Vault theme added) and the other to kun#########@gmail.com (which doesn’t have any products). Just log in with the correct account and you will be able to post new tickets.

1. The menu is not working because the faulty code is still present on the page. If you still can’t log in to our support system, please send temporary admin access at hello@uicore.co and we’ll remove that code for you.
2. We have options to enable either left or right sidebar, but not both. This is decision we made, and it’s not a required feature for WordPress themes.

hope this question doesn’t sound stupid, since your themes are all based on a single framework, is it possible to purchase 2 themes (let’s say vault and pagebolt), install them, and import a mix of pagebolt and vault pages. And since they are all sharing the same framework, I should be able to have a mix of pagebolt and vault pages on my website without styling problems or missing features/widgets etc. Are my thoughts correct?
Hello, that is correct, you can mix any of our themes without any problem. Just remember to go to Theme Options – System – Refresh UiCore Data after switching a theme, to get the new demos list.
after yesterday’s update to wp 4.6, a different layout has been inserted on each of the pages, so that the header and footer are missing. When checking I noticed that if I change the default layout from elementor canvas to theme it reappears. Can I change this globally so that I don’t have to go through each page individually?
