Hi, I want the Portfolio Layout “Masonry 2 Column”. However when I use it with the sidebar menu it does not show 2 columns, it then show 3 columns, wich is not correct. Is there a way to fix this issue? (the setting is set to 2 columns but it still doesn’t work)

It looks like there might be something with the screen size, at some screen sizes it get 2 columns but with some it gets 3 columns (as it does with my 13inch screen).

What page builder are you using?

Edit the portfolio section and set 2 columns for tablet and 1 for mobile.
This should make 2 column layout for desktop also.

Yes, theme is currently not compatible with php8.0.
I understand your urgency but it will take some for us to update the theme with php8.0 compatibility.
I suggest you to downgrade php for now, once the update is released you can update php.

For header and footer you have the option ‘Full Width’ in theme options. For body in the page, you can set the section to full width using the page builder.

Yes, currently there isn’t any option to set the width for page content in theme options, however we will add this option in the theme in future updates.
For now I can add some css to set the specific width for you.

I originally purchased the Kraft theme in 2017, and was finally needed to update everything on my WordPress site due to incompatibility.
During all the updating, the ‘Portfolio’ section of the dashboard vanished. Is there a way to bring this back? Or is that feature deprecated?
All the database entries and portfolio items are still there in SQL, I just can’t see them in WordPress.
Any help you can give is appreciated, thanks!

I was able to get the portfolio items back (Kraft core wasn’t activated) and can edit everything, but now the entire site is blank when I try to view it. If I look at the page source, there’s no markup past the <title> tags.
Please check if the page builder is active.

Hi there. I really like this theme! It’s nice and clean and everything I’m looking for. But I see it originally dates from 2017. Are you planning on keeping this theme updated for a couple of years on? I truly hope so because I have to change my current website theme since it doesn’t receive any updates anymore. I really want to buy yours if there’s any reassurance in this regard.

Yes it was launched in 2017 but has been changed a lot since then.
Initially it had few pages then more pages were added.
It only had portfolio demo then Architecture demo was added.
We update all our themes from time to time. Be it WordPress compatibility, plugins etc.

Hello, Is there a way to change the grid portfolio (featured) images size to square images?
Yes there is a way.
Edit ‘functions.php’ Path – wp-content\themes\kraft\functions.php Line No – 67 add_image_size( ‘kraft-portfolio-grid-image’, 600, 500, true );
600 is Width and 500 is Height. Make necessary change and save the file.
Once the changes are done thumbnails needs to be regenerated. There are some free plugin available. Install a plugin and regenerate the thumbnail.

Hi! My site www.gasparalvarez.com is working great, but from now on the section “Featured image” disapeared from the portfolio items column. I have to go to the 3 dots above, then to preferences, and then wait till the Featured image button appears on the Panels menu. It literaly just apears when I wait like a minute. How can I fix this issue? Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. There is no any blog sidebar (recent posts, category, tags) – that’s the problem. Changing the settings does nothing (Blog classic with sidebar, Blog classic fullwidth, Blog list). Of course the post is added and so are the categories Portfolio section works 100% fine

When I create a new page and insert the “Portfolio Section”, the “Portfolio Section” shows a bunch of “Portfolio Items” and I can’t delete any of them. In “Query”, the “List portfolio items” is empty and yet “Portfolio Items” are showing.
When “List portfolio items” is empty, the section will show all the “Portfolio Items” unless you put specific id to Include or Exclude portfolio items.
Thank you. Another problem I encounter with the “Portfolio Section” is the “Portfolio Columns.” The column count does not change/respond when I set a different number.
I should clarify … the “Portfolio Columns” does work on some existing pages and doesn’t work/respond on other pages. It never works when I insert a new “Portfolio Section” into a page.

I have another Portfolio Section question. When you click on a portfolio image, at the bottom there is a left arrow “Prev” and a right arrow “Next” and in the center there is a “Grid” icon. First, when I click on the “Grid Icon” in any of the portfolio sections it takes me to the home page. Is there a way to set that Icon so it goes back to the Portfolio that you are currently in? Regarding the arrows, can they be set so it takes you through the images from left to right (top to bottom) and then when you are on the last image of the portfolio it clicks back to the top image of the same portfolio? Currently my arrows go from right to left and then with the top image it clicks to the next portfolio.

PREV/NEXT
Previous and Next will not work according to the portfolio order in the portfolio section, but it works according to the published date.
Next will take you to the post which was published after the current portfolio item.
Previous will take you to the post which was published before the current portfolio item.
The reason Previous and next doesn’t work according to the portfolio order in the portfolio section because we have provided many options to display portfolio items in the section like you can display them by date, id, title, etc.
