Hi folks, it seems there is no way to delete an Header Preset. Am I missing something? Not found either on the documentation.

You can create a new one or change the existing one.

Funny the answer that says what I can do to avoid acknowledging what I cannot… So since I cannot using the UI, can you point me where on the database I can delete those presets?

Hello! Did you carefully check the documentation on how to edit the header presets? There are a few types of presets. The Default presets – you can’t delete. A created preset – you can delete it. Besides, our new theme version also contains Header Templates created with Elementor. With the last one, you can do whatever you want.

We don’t recommend you delete the default presets from the theme options. It can cause some errors.

Hi, I’ve bought the theme two years ago. Now I have to update, cause of PHP 8.1. But how can I update the theme? There is no button in theme settings and even here on themeforest, in “downloads”. There I can see the theme but no way to update.

Yes, it is.

We have had recurring problems with the theme, I restore the site and the error “There has been a critical error on the web” returns. I restore the site and it looks good for a few hours and returns the blank screen with that message. I remove the plugins (all including the stuni which also seems to conflict) and only then can I enter the admin to restore the site and the error occurs again after a few hours. I have also updated the theme to the latest version, changed the PHP version and nothing.

I have a client using your theme which is outdated and her old developer used her cc to purchase but pretty sure its in the old developer account. How do we fix this so that we can purchase support and get the new files as when we updated elementor to 3.8.1 the stoney-core plugin broke the site so we had to turn it off and now most of the site is not the same.

Hi there, I sent you an email direct your gmail on the 9th September about deactivation not working for one domain to use on another domain as I have not even used the theme yet? Are you going to respond? Otherwise I want a refund.

Sent you a refund request since your not intersted in assisting and your deactivation function does not work like other author themes.

Please check the comment above. As well as we already told you, you can try to activate it again. It means that the purchase code was reset and ready to use again.

1. Some of the changes we made on the site seem to be getting reversed or changed.

- Simple text edits not showing up and projects are getting duplicated.

- We have screenshots of saved changes, but when our client checked them, the saved changes weren’t there/showing something else.
