Hello, i whant to change the 404.php file. I put the file 404.php in ave-child and make changes, but the changes dont appear. Only appear if i disable the plugin “Ave core”.

Themeforest download is version 2.8.7 with WPBakery version 6.8 the changelog is showing as 2.8.8 with WPBakery 6.9 compatibility. Can you update the download files or how can we get the most recent files according to your changelog? Thanks

Hello, I bought the Ave Theme a year ago and haven’t used it yet. Now I wanted to use it and when I enter the purchase code I get the message that the code is invalid.

Hi, WPBakery update via the AVE theme won’t update from 6.8 to 6.9 and also at the same time it says it’s required update and won’t activate without it. Every time I try to update, it looks like it works but keeps staying on version 6.8. My support has expired for my 2 licenses but this is just something I think you should know as I should be able to keep using my product after my support expires right. Please look into it because others may have the same issue.

Hi, since the last WP update my portfolio & multimedia (masonry media grid, media gallery, ...) are all suddenly aligned to the left. No change, on the admin part. Any advice please?
Quick update – I found that my portfolio layout setting is 6 columns, however on the site it shows 5. The content is fine, only instead of the 6 columns as set in the portfolio setting, the published layout shows 5 ^^
