Hey I purchased this theme a bit ago and just got around to using it now and it appears my support has ran out >< I’m trying to upload a video to my portfolio but when I set the video as the featured image it does not save. I even tried to download the plugin Really Simple Featured Video and it did not help! Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Yes as I said I never got around to using the theme until now, I don’t feel I should need to pay 50$ for one simple question that should be in the tutorial >< will you not provide here or in an updated documentation on how to upload a video to your portfolio which is pretty basic and important?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I tried again after posting this and to my amazement the update had gone smoothly. I don’t understand why a few rogue websites had decided not to run the JQuery (cache was cleared, different browsers were used to check) and each of the sites were on a different theme and this was spanning about a week in time. Chalking it up to my stupidity somewhere and simply happy all is working!

You can edit the page sub-title by clicking “Edit Page” and scrolling down to the page options. There are page options for sub-title, page title background image and sidebars.

Hi, when I update the Elementor, the web page is not working. I even can’t open the dashboard on wordpress. This is what I see ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’
If I deactive the elementor plugin, site came back a live, but everything is messed. I know my support is expired but there is something wrong.

Before I buy this topic. I am curious as to whether I can make various channels on the folio page and sort them. Model. I have a Hayward construction that does development. I might want to take a venture with the kind of development and the area. Hello, I tried to update my theme today, but it wipes out the entire homepage when I do. It is a fairly big update as I was not aware your theme was being updated, so I was at version 1.4. Any ideas on what to try in order to not have the previously built site lost after an update to 3.7?

Hello… Long time user here… The site has been operating ok for a while til now. I think after the latest Wordpress version, my drop downs are not working. Menu structure is still set up correctly. I am running 3.0 of the theme. I tried to update a few times over the year, but it kept crashing my site, so i kept using the old version of 3.0 when it was fine. It’s not fine now. SO, I ended up moving the website database to another domain to test it and update it. Once I got the theme up to date, The drop down menus work now. BUT I lost my home page and how it was built. SO, with the Elementor, I am trying to recreate the home page. ( all of the other pages still work, not pretty, but work) Now i have to relearn my Elementor skills, which I do not like this plugin, but better then what you had before. (Does WP Bakery Page Builder work with your theme?) SO… As I rebuild. running into issues with the Slider Revolution, not letting me select buttons to place the slider. I have reached out to the authors of the Slider Revolution and they thought the plugins were causing the issues, but that is not the case. Here is the website with issues. https://www.nmcflyash.com/

I can not type up support ticket because I purchased this theme 6 years ago. I don’t want to purchase support, I am just trying to get the site to work like it did before. Maybe a question of why the slider is not providing arrows. The folks at Slider Revolution are curious as well with what is happening.

How can i add telephone number header ?
The easiest way would be to add a header top under Apperance > Customize > Header > Top Header. Then you can easily add text using the widgets to either the top left or top right.

You have multiple options for triggering the pop-up like via click or on page load, etc. Along with cookie options. Check out the page builder element as the options should be straight forward.

I tried to install the this theme on Wordpress and it failed to install. It indicated there is a stylesheet missing. Please check my support ticket to resolve this issue.

Is it possible to have only 3 footer widgets that space out 1/3 each. I currently have only 3 but they are positioned the same, leaving the fourth widget area blank.

Yeah you can easily adjust the footer columns. If you prefer three widgets spaced evenly that is possible within the theme options.

If you are using the latest version of our theme that supports Elementor, you will edit the footer with the page builder. It’s super easy to make any layout. If you are using the older version of our theme, you can modify the column count under Appearance > Customize > Footer
