I have made a site with your theme. It seems whenever I save a page inside worpress it breaks all the info such as colour sizing and many other things your theme is pushing into elememtor. It also breaks if I make new pages or rename pages. My site is allocause.com. If you click testimonials you will see the issue. I have tried rebuilding this section elsewhere as well and ended up with the same issue. Can you please help me resolve this? I have deleted the site and reinstalled the site many times and at this point the theme is useless if this cant be resolved

Issue with Desktop Full Width Display in Theme Dear Support Team, I’m using your WordPress theme for my website and have encountered an issue related to screen size display on desktop devices. The layout is supposed to be full-width, but on desktop view, the content is being cut off on both sides, rather than extending across the entire screen. We have tried adjusting the layout and width settings, but the issue persists. Each time we make changes, the problem reappears or remains unresolved. Every time i activate the Unyson Plugin the website shows an error.
Github error: API rate limit exceeded for 45.8.227.175. (But here’s the good news: Authenticated requests get a higher rate limit. Check out the documentation for more details.)

On the portfolio items on the homepage I’m struggling to set the main portfolio image up per the main image, the shadow box image and then if you click on the portfolio item and it takes you to the portfolios actual page, the image is huge. Where do you set the size parameters for the same image but in different locations of that image as described above.

Hello, I purchased the Hi5Clive theme but it seems incompatible with WP Engine hosting so I need a refund, please. I get an error message from WP Engine when I try to install the demo content. “Demo Content Install works only in Staging.” I created the staging environment in WP Engine, but get the same error. I followed the video in your documentation as well, but again I am blocked and simply need a refund.

What’s up with the menu build on this theme? I have it set to “main menu default” which shows the page, “single service” but when I goto the front end to view it, it doesn’t show the same header menu on the front end.

Where do you change out the content in the footer, where it currently says “hi5@clive.com and then there is a Linkedin link below that. I don’t see anything under customize nor is it in the home page builder.

I bought yesterday the theme and wanted to upload it on WordPress, I’ve got the following Problem: As soon as I want to upload, the theme returns an error messaging “The link you follow has expired”
Although I´ve got following PHP-settings max_execution_time 360 Sekunden memory_limit 512 MB post_max_size 128 MB upload_max_filesize 128 MB
The theme has got 142,58 KB

Then upload jquery.prettyPhoto.js file via FTP in Binary mode to this directory: \wp-content\themes\theme’s_folder\js\vendor\
