​However, all images of homepages are not included in package, they will show as placeholder images and you will replace by your images. If you want to have the same our demo images, we can provide you this service to help you set up store.

If your store is using Ella 5.1 or less and want to use Ella 6.0 or higher, you need to build your website again as using a new theme. We spent 1 year to build Ella 6.0, everything is built from scratch so hope you can understand for our difficulty and set up Ella 6.0 for your store.

- Download Ella 6.0 and upload into your store.

- Follow our instructions to set up theme again

- Re-install apps if you need

- Re-do custom works if there are any old custom works you want to replicate on Ella 6.0

In regards to your request about Video Header: Do you mean that you want to have video slider, like this: https://www.joiken.com.au/ ? If it is what you are looking for, we have a good news for you that Ella theme has available “Slideshow” section to add video slider: https://prnt.sc/NNXKxeVNqmR6 and in this section, we provide 2 style for videos including MP4 and Youtube.

ORRR you could just update your theme so this option is easily controlled by the customer. I searched comments related to this and they are going back YEARS asking for this. you mentioned multiple times it would be in the next update but you haven’t implemented it. 1. Does your theme allow styling of the contact page, about us page, etc. (some themes are limited and require a page builder to style those which my clients wants to avoid doing).

2. On your demos you have a lot of different examples of stores built using your theme. I am asking if those can be imported to speed up development (i.e. can I import demo content for a theme demo example).

You will have these pages available exactly like our page layout, no need to use app. And with Ella, it supports Sections on every page, you can add many sections to your page to create your own layout.

2. Yes, you can import it to save your time. Here is instruction when installing theme: https://halosoft.gitbook.io/ella-documentation/installation/install-theme

For demo data such as banners, products, they are not included in theme package. If you like our graphic banners, you can save for your store from our demo as it is from our license.
