i loved this theme but now is not working with php 8.0

Hi, I liked Scalia very much, but have to switch to another theme, preferrably supporting News, because I have plenty of that. What alternative would you all recommend to replace Scalia?

I hope you can help me. My client paid a developer a lot of money many years ago for this site using Scalia and they didn’t use a child theme so we have never been able to update the theme. Until recently we were able to update wpbakery, now it’s causing a fatal error. I am hoping we might be able to get an old copy of the theme 1.1.4, and then save the site but converting it to a child theme, I wondered if you think this will work? If I buy a new licence can I get a copy of Scalia 1.1.4? Or can you check the url against for files and verify there was a licence purchased?

WPBakery no longer works—it is critical for this to be updated.

Are you still suporting this theme? I need updates for the extensions LayerSlider and WPBbakery… Thanks!

Please can you confirm if Scalia has fully supports PHP8.1? There does appear to be conflicting information available.

I see that you still sell this theme but you don’t update it, the last update was more than a year ago​. Will there soon be another update, especially as theme uses some third party plugins that also need update.

Hello, We imported your demo but its importing correctly the images, sliders, menu nothing is coming into the site tried 3 4 times but still same result. Please can you fix these fir us. There are multiple bugs in the theme as well . I tried to create the same menu as yours demo but its not coming out like that.

LayerSlider Security Update Recommended Several security issues were fixed in the latest versions of LayerSlider. If you haven’t done it already, please update to LayerSlider 7.2.1.

Scalia came with some plugins, which some of them are paid and can’t be updated.

Like: Layerslider WP and WPBakery Page Builder.

I was wondering: will these be updated in a new update of Scalia? Or do I have to buy a license? I am a bit worried that these plugins are not up-to-date. And that might be a security issue.

Also wondering if there is a way to remove the layerslider plugin. We are using Revolution slider as it has much better control for responsive display. Would like to remove the layerslider plugin in order to reduce overhead.

Hi, The wordpress customizer has stopped saving. This seems to be a theme conflict with Scalia, as I have disabled all plugins (except the 5 required to run Scalia) and the problem persists — I can make changes to additional css, but when I publish the changes, they don’t get saved. If I switch to twenty twenty-two and leave all plugins active except Scalia plugin, the cusomizer works fine. Can you help?
