Yes, that is fixed in version 1.2 – that was the main reason for updating the theme and plugins – sliders has stop to work correctly.

If you have access to the account which you have used few years ago – you can use that account to re-download the latest version and you will get all up to date (theme + plugins).

If not, you will need to buy it again and also you will get all updates lifetime (theme + plugins). Also, if you re-purchase it, you will get 6 months of support on our forum.

Theme will work on any PHP 8.x but the Envato is forcing us (Authors) to set the “latest stable” version as required and that is 8.3 (at the moment).

Php 8.2 is “out of date” version – check here https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

What can you do?

Ask your host/server provider to update the PhP version on your server/host – and that is probably the best solution.

Another “solution” is to remove/update this line of code from style.css

“Requires PHP: 8.3”

Download the “Installable WordPress file only” from your ThemeForest account, unzip the file and in style.css remove/update that line of code and zip again. Upload/update the theme from your WP dashboard and you will not get PHP alert.

I have just installed Neresa on a new/fresh installation and have set up all.

The only thing which you need to check (which can break sliders) are “Upgrade Swiper Library” settings.

So, check in Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Features > Upgrade Swiper Library and set that to “Inactive”.

How do you know that the theme is the reason for being offline? If some plugin is updated – that does not mean it works fine/well.

What I want to say – there can be so many reason why the website is offline. It can be because of your server/host it self. Have you contact your server/host provider when the website was down and ask the reason why is down?

All my websites (themes which I am selling on ThemeForest) are always on the latest version of WP and all up-to-date plugins and I have not found that any of themes are/where offline. Also, no one has reported any problem for the latest version of WordPress.

My live demo (all my themes) is on version 6.1.1 from the first day (30+ days ago) – I don’t know that there is any problem with WP 6.1.1.

If you have some additional plugins there, try to disable them and update the theme.

I am updating the themes only if there is a reason for that – if some part has stop to work or if there is some bug. As I know, all works fine with latest version of WordPress and there is no need for update.

If you find some bug or some parts are not working – I will update the theme.

The theme will (must) always work with a latest version of WordPress but I will not add more features/pages/demos in next updates (it is not in our plan for now).

So, the theme will stay such as it is and will always work on latest version of WordPress (I will update if some parts stop to work).

The default header (the left part, menu) is not created with the elementor and to change the font style/size/family you will need a custom CSS.

The code which you need is this:
