i have not gotten any support, i recently have extended the support in hopes someone would respond back no luck. i would like my refunded payment for the extended support i have purchased.

We are having issues with what appears to be the argu specific code templates in WPBakery. All Argu specific blocks are not even showing. http://www.ignitekarting.com
Does anybody notice the Argu them loads kinda slow. My reno cabinetry website takes 4-7 seconds? Where can I find out which one of my plugins might be the culprit?

Your latest update are the issues sorted out, I see it works with the latest WordPress as well which is great what about the slider revolution issue and is the theme working well with the one click demo installer now as I am ready to purchase.

I’ve risked it and so far I am glad I did. Will report back soon 
Should anyone be interested in the follow up. I did not receive a reply from support. The theme is great though, but maybe for experienced designers and developers like me so you don’t hav to rely on support and can troubleshoot yourself. Review to follow.

We need help with this theme. We’ve opened a post on the support site, sent an email .. no response. We need to make some changes and the documentation has none of that. Please let us know if you can provide support or do we need to purchase another theme?
