Look at this situation. I’ve been willing to repurchase the theme, but since November 19, 2024, there hasn’t been any response from your team (here and in support page). What is going on with this company? Are you inactive? Are you no longer interested in gaining or retaining customers? Are you unable to provide the support service that your customers are entitled to?

Imagine yourself in your customers’ position—open support tickets with no answers for months, sometimes even over a year. Comments on the theme page go unanswered, and people are constantly complaining about the poor quality of support.

Will you take any steps to address this issue?

Portfolio x Projects x Services

Since there is no Custom Post Type for Services, I must deal with the Portfolios.

I created two types of Portfolios: - Services - Projects

So, I will work with two pages: - Services (with all Services c/ links for each service) - Projects (with all the Projects c/ links for each project)

But I need to change the lower navigation bar, where it has:

Previous, three horizontal lines (link to page Projects), Next

Because the link to the page Projects is fixed in the details of the services, I can not have it. Much less can there be a Previous and Next that is not only with the type Services (and none Projects)

In other words, I needed to customize this navigation, but I did not find a place for editing it.

I need it with some urgency to finish my project.

It would be great if you could create custom-type Services with custom fields outside of the Portfolios. But I believe that this will take time.

Then I will have to deal with what I have. I, unfortunately, did not pay attention to the fact that the theme, to my surprise, does not have Services inside it.

Why does no GPDR consent plugin work on the theme? I have tested several and none of them can show the cookie consent banner.

Is there a Services feature in the theme? Where can I create a page with services (similar to the Projects/Portfolio) and click to open a page with the details of the service?

How do I change color for:

- links color (active, hover, etc) - widgets \ Footer Column 3: symbols color for footerlinks menu (and change symbols)

The support page should work since we pay for an initial 6-month support. It even has a search system to help find questions already solved. Please improve this.
