I’ve just purchased the theme (file – themeforest-EYFswLNJ-moppers-cleaning-company-and-services-wordpress-theme.zip), however when I attempt to upload to WordPress..
I’m followed by the message:
“Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.”
I’m hoping you can assist me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

All the plugins are included in the theme and you can use them without buying any licenses. For plugin updates, with every theme update, you will be provided with updated plugins as well.

Hi. Quick pre-sales question. When I view the Moppers demo site on Chrome, the transition between pages is quite jerky, the previous page flashes up before the new one is rendered. On Firefox and Safari the transitions are really smooth. Could this be an issue with my particular Chrome browser or a potential problem with the theme? Thanks.

I just tested the demo on Google Chrome and haven’t faced any issue as you’ve mentioned. It might be some sort of issue with your particular browser. You can try clearing your cache or updating your browser.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I have just upgraded Chrome, cleared all history and Cache, but the issue remains for me. I’m in the UK, have a 200Mbps internet speed and viewing on an iMac. I guess its just something weird this end. Appreciate your time.

I’m trying to update the Advanced Custom Fields Pro pre-packaged plugin but it says package not available?
The version we’re running is 5.9.3 but it says the available version is 5.11.4.
Also having the same with WP Bakery. Installed is version 6.4.1 and available is 6.8.0

Hi, what is your response timeframe? I love the theme but wonder if the header background image can be easily changed as I intend to use the theme in a different industry than cleaning? Also, the booking and Quote pages are not installed, I would have loved to see these in action. I can see that you are updating the theme, which is one I like in addition to the simple design. I am in the background waiting for your response, to decide what to do next.

You can easily replace all the images with the images of your choice along with the color scheme of the theme.
But you will have to create the booking and quotation pages if you really need. You can use any third-party appointment booking programs to create these pages. It is not possible to add such functionality to the theme, but you can use a plugin of your choice.

Hi, Some of the features are not compatible with php 8.0 but we are working on it and an update will be out soon. You can switch to the php 7.4 to use the theme without any issues.

You don’t need a license to use WPBakery with the theme. The plugin is included in the theme as a part of it. For the updates of WP Bakery plugin, you will have to wait for the theme updates.

Just install and activate the plugin from Appearance > Install Plugins. You don’t need a license to activate and use the plugin.

First of all, I would like to clear that the Head tag and the Header tag are different. The Body tag is underneath the Head tag (where it should be) whereas the Header tag is a part of the Body of the site. I hope it clears you doubts.
